They were not the least expensive bid we had but they came recommended. However, our experience was horrendous. When we first met the contractor, we liked him a lot. We showed him the roof work and the soffit and fascia that needed to be fixed. He said no problem and that would just require a "little more wood". We received 3 quotes and they were the highest of all 3 but again they came recommended and said they could do the interior work as well. The other 2 quotes (cheaper than Arrack) included replacing/repairing the fascia/soffit and gutters. We assumed the Arrack bid did as well. When the roof was completed, the fascia/soffit and gutters were not fixed. When asked, we were told that it was not included in the bid even though we specifically talked about it. Instead, they present me with a quote to complete that work which was another $3,000. Again, my other lower bids included this work. Why would I pay over $9,700 for a roof that should have cost about $8,000. I had 2 other roofs replaced in the last year on other properties (larger than this one) that cost just over $8,000. We ended up using another contractor to do the fascia/soffit for about $1,600 and he couldn't believe how much we then ended up paying for just a roof. Then came the inside work which they started before we completed the issue with the fascia/soffit. The bulk construction seemed to go just fine. However, their finish work is a disaster. Our shower head was below the top of my head and I am only 5'9". In addition, the bull nose tile at the point where the pipe came out of the wall was V cut to accommodate the pipe and looked awful. The tile floor has a severe slope that is not needed for such a small shower and the sliding glass door is not even put on straight and opens/closes at an angle. We have been trying to work with them to get these issues fixed but it has not been nearly 5 months and we are still not finished. They came back out to raise the shower head and raised the tile on the wall. However when they did this, they used a different color grout and now I have 2 different grout colors in my "brand new shower". And the shower door is still angled. They also installed a column as a support for a wall that was removed. The finish work on this was awful as well. Drywall was crooked and angled in at the top because they didn't put the corner piece all the way to the ceiling. They came back out to fix this and it looks just as bad but not with 1x6 going floor to ceiling with butt joints instead of miter joints. The work was under par and their servicing since their "completion" is absolutely atrocious. We have tried for months to get this rectified yet we are still here waiting. They "fit" us in between other jobs if they come out at all. As a business I would expect to fully finish a job before putting newer jobs as a higher priority. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE: We met with the contractor 2 months ago and laid out our issues with the interior completion including the different grouts used in the shower. They said they would fix and would be in touch to schedule. Well, we are 2 months later and the work has still not been completed. It has been over a month since we last even heard from them. It is becoming a bad joke at this point.

We discovered leaks during a recent long hard rain spell. The son (think his name is Eric) came out next day and gave us an estimate, that was within our budget to replace the entire ridge line that had popped up and the nails were basic holes in the roof. He came back the next day to give a temporary patch so we would not have more damage as it continued to rain, even though he was not well, his commitment to me was fore most. Because of the rain, they were delayed in getting back as there were other jobs in front of us that had been delayed...but only a couple of weeks. Their worker Dave came out, was polite, and fixed a few other things he noticed needed repair without charging anything more. I am very happy with the result.

I then realized water was somehow gushing out of a nail hole in my wall. You see this wall is below 2 very nice skylights. I knew those bad boys had something to do with it. I immediately jumped on the phone and called around to make some roofing appointments so that I could get quotes and see what the consensus was as well as pricing. 3 different contractors came out, all said it was due to the last roofing company not putting some sort of specialized tar stuff under the shingles that were close to the skylights as well as lack of flashing, and they all gave me prices. A friend of mine had recommended Wilson Roofing because they helped her with some of her rental properties. Mr. Wilson, the owner of the company, was the person who came out to meet me and check things out. He is a super nice guy. I can't say I would have picked them just because they had been recommended, but it helped. They were also helped by the fact that they came in as the cheapest quote by about $200 and Mr. Wilson noticed all the same issues as the other roofing companies. Once my decision was made, I made an appointment for them to do the work. They came out on the day work was scheduled and did an excellent job. I even had a friend who used to be in the construction industry get up on the roof and check things out. He said all looked good and I haven't had a leak since.

I spoke with the owner, Bobby Nevett and he requested for me to send him an email with photos. I emailed him the photos and never heard anything back. I called him a week later to follow up and inquire about him repairing the pipe booting as his warranty states and he hung up the phone. This company is very unprofessional and clearly doesn't honor their work. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Their presentation and commitment was spot everything I ask for in customer service ! The employees were respectful of my properties, worked consistently and afterwards the clean up was to where you would have never have thought I just had a roof installed.
