Talk about a Godsend, it was 1-Source Cleaning. I called them up on the Saturday of Memorial Day…read moreweekend on my drive to Atlanta to inquire if they could deep clean my daughter's apartment which was supposed to have been cleaned but was not. Long story short, 1-Source was most accommodating despite some delays I had in getting back to them. Because my daughter's apartment is a corporate unit, I had to wait to get clearance from her after she dealt with all of her protocols with her company, the corporate leasing agent and the cleaner that they had engaged. Despite the delay, 1-Source was still willing to come out to be of service. They arrived well past normal hours to my daughter's apartment. And did I say this was Memorial Day weekend? I mean it is 8:00 p.m. on Saturday evening. Who comes out to clean at this time on a holiday weekend? No one except for 1-Source Cleaning. I had called other cleaning services, but they either didn't answer, were closed or could not accommodate me for week or so. Praise God for 1-Source Cleaning! When they arrived, I met the owner, Keonsha, and her sister. They were professional - professionally dressed as cleaners, fully prepared with all of their cleaning tools and supplies and well spoken. I did a walk through with her and pointed out things I wanted to have cleaned which was basically everything. Mind you, this was on top of / behind corporate cleaners just having cleaned the apartment a couple of hours earlier. They did a thorough deep clean of everything and I mean everything - dishes, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, cabinets, bathroom, floors, furniture, windows, etc. In fact, they steam-cleaned the floors and furniture. After a few hours of being away, my daughter and I were impressed that these ladies were still going at it when we returned. They were very conscientious and incredibly detailed in cleaning. I had mentioned that I wanted them to clean the apartment as if it was their own place. And boy did they! I told Keonsha how thankful I was for them and that they saved the weekend and move-in experience for my daughter. I was so impressed with what they did that I have asked that they come back monthly to keep my daughter's apartment clean. I highly recommend 1-Source Cleaning. To me they are the cleaner's cleaner. If you want it done right, choose them. Best regards, Reggie P (Charlotte, NC)

**Tender 2 Touch Cleaning Service - A Stellar Experience!**…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Leslie from Tender 2 Touch Cleaning Service, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I reached out, reaching Ms. Leslie was a breeze. Her communication was prompt and clear, and she kept me updated on every detail regarding scheduling. It was genuinely reassuring to know that I could rely on her timing and professionalism. Upon arrival, Ms. Leslie was right on time and came fully prepared to provide all the services she promised. Her attention to detail was impeccable; not a single corner, no matter how big or small, was left untouched. The entire house was spotless, with every surface gleaming as if it were brand new. Ms. Leslie meticulously removed all trash and cleaning supplies, leaving the home pristine and show-room ready--ideal for any realtor to showcase for selling or renting. What truly stood out was Ms. Leslie's personable and kind nature. She was respectful, attentive, and even went above and beyond by gifting us a delightful thank-you package, complete with a homemade scented candle and a card. This thoughtful gesture truly made our experience memorable. With my tight timeline of needing to move out and have the house cleaned in less than three days, Ms. Leslie accomplished the job remarkably in just one day and in under five hours at that! Her efficiency and quality of work are unrivaled, placing her in an elite league of her own. I highly recommend Ms. Leslie and Tender 2 Touch Cleaning Service to anyone in need of move-in or move-out cleaning. For a regular cleaning it was $0.10 cents per square foot of the property and for a deep-cleaning it was $0.20 cents per square foot. Needless to say I purchased the deep-cleaning. Her prices range from $200.00 to $350.00 depending on the square footage which is very reasonable. Whether for friends, colleagues, or family, I will wholeheartedly endorse her services. Without a doubt, I will exclusively use her services in the future. If you're seeking a cleaning service that embodies excellence, look no further. Ms. Leslie is the best there is!
