This business should be called Dry Clean Shitty. We just picked up my husband's white tuxedo shirt after it being sent in 'again' because they didn't get out the stains the first time. It is just dirt from an outdoor wedding, not blood or grease or anything difficult to clean. The owner shows my husband the cuff that still has brown stains and says, "Did it come out any better?" If you have to ask and if the stain is still there and you packaged it anyway in the plastic, then no it is not better. Dry cleaning shouldn't aim for better, but clean! Also my dress that went in has eyelets in the front and matching ribbon to the color of the dress, it came back without the ribbon. Really? Do not bring your clothes here, they will not be cleaned and you may be missing essential pieces. These people do not take any pride in their work. read more

They are very nice and professional. You get a text from them when your clothes are ready to be picked up. My wife had 2 rooms of curtains that had been hanging for 30 years. The curtains were of good quality and matched the room. I took the to Dry Clean City. They did a wonderful job cleaning and renewing the curtains. They look like new. They were well pressed. It took about a week. Usually a two day turn around (though they don't dry clean it until the day of pick up), so forget about getting it early unless you pay for it. When I went to pick up my clothes they refused to give them to until I paid 27.85. Claiming I was charged incorrectly refused to let me speak to the owner. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. Guess what? Dry Clean City found my suit!!! I just happened to check my emails and I got a message for me to call them. Turns out that the leather guy picked it up by mistake. So very happy they found it. They apologized, cleaned it for free and even gave me store credit. Going straight there after work to pick it up. Service has gone down in the dumps! Forget COVID19 friendly business, the woman at the front does not wear a mask. The space for the customer is too small to social distance and she is not wearing a mask. I visited the cleaners twice to drop off and pick up NO MASK. Dropped off 2 coats, picked them up button broken on one and the other covered in lent. Telephoned cleaners and requested the manager, she declared she is the assistant and the manager will back on Monday. Explained the problem, she declared we aren't responsible for lent..(WHAT). So you dry clean a black trench coat and "you are not responsible for lent". The other coat broken button, bring it in I may be able to replace the button.... (WHAT). Not going back especially to be greeted by the MASKLESS woman. This use to be a good cleaners but NOW not so much. read more
