I've been trying for 2 days to speak with someone at the Conyers best laundry in Conyers Georgia…read moreand each time all I get is the robot lady and the first time I ever heard it I thought it really was a person until it would not answer my questions and would talk over me and I could try to interrupt it and it would not be interrupted. Anyway I was in a very bad wreck and I have several disabilities and I wanted to ask some questions about the facility itself and speak with someone who's actually in there not someone from an office at another location or from some robot voice that's been programmed to say certain things. I really wanted to speak with someone especially after all the wonderful reviews that I have read . I still have yet to hear back from anyone but each time that I called I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me . Three times yesterday and three times today . I would call back after 3 hours of not getting a call back I would try them again . My last call was actually more like a regular voicemail rather than the robot lady . But I still have not received a call back . And I really needed to do some laundry since my washing machine is having issues and I do have disabilities from a really bad wreck and Connor's best laundry is just around the corner from me so it's very close by I know there's a lot of parking even though there's not a lot right in front of it but still it's better than traveling someplace else and ending up in a place that it's not very clean or not very good or not very updated. And everything I've read about this facility sounds wonderful. Except for the fact I can't get anybody to answer the phone and I can't get anybody to return my phone calls . And again like I said earlier in another review please overlook spelling and capitalization and punctuation because it's not letting me correct them very easily at all and my hands don't do that well anyway but I do know how to spell and I know how to capitalize and I know how to punctuate but between this thing and my stupid phone with the wonderful updates that make all your settings go away I can't seem to win for losing you know what I mean .? So please Overlook those things because I really do know how to spell most the time and punctuate most the time and capitalize most the time .

Their prices are higher than the industry standards, second cluse. I took a chance with them because they were conveniently located and minority owned. After my dry cleaning was picked up and observed closely, I noticed that one of my suits was discolored as well as had markings on the fabric that was unexplained when I discussed the matter with the owner. The owner attempted to explain that they do not use chemicals and their equipment do not make marks in the clothes, therefore could not explain why my suit looked the way it did. There was no reasonable explanation as to what happened to my clothes. He said that they take no responsibility for the discoloration and marks on my suit, and was sorry he could not help me.
