Their prices are higher than the industry standards, second cluse. I took a chance with them because they were conveniently located and minority owned. After my dry cleaning was picked up and observed closely, I noticed that one of my suits was discolored as well as had markings on the fabric that was unexplained when I discussed the matter with the owner. The owner attempted to explain that they do not use chemicals and their equipment do not make marks in the clothes, therefore could not explain why my suit looked the way it did. There was no reasonable explanation as to what happened to my clothes. He said that they take no responsibility for the discoloration and marks on my suit, and was sorry he could not help me. Sure! I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves a warning. I brought several…read moreitems to be cleaned and expected to return them fresh, pressed, and ready to wear. Instead, I got them back just as wrinkled--if not more--than when I dropped them off. What exactly did I pay for? The clothes looked like they were wadded up in a ball and forgotten in a corner--no crease, no care, just sloppy. When I asked about it, the staff acknowledged the issue and offered to repress the sweater; however, this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. If I wanted wrinkled clothes, I could've done that for free. Save your money and go somewhere that actually understands what a "cleaner" is supposed to do. I won't be coming back.
