Sure enough, one of my pants came back with a hole in it and I discovered this while on a business trip no less. Once I got back in town I returned to the store and got basically the same treatment, except this time he threw in some expletives in front of my 3 year old daughter. The man has a serious problem speaking to people. He immediately gets rude, loud and aggressive and I will not be returning to this dry cleaner.
