Their prices are higher than the industry standards, second cluse. I took a chance with them because they were conveniently located and minority owned. After my dry cleaning was picked up and observed closely, I noticed that one of my suits was discolored as well as had markings on the fabric that was unexplained when I discussed the matter with the owner. The owner attempted to explain that they do not use chemicals and their equipment do not make marks in the clothes, therefore could not explain why my suit looked the way it did. There was no reasonable explanation as to what happened to my clothes. He said that they take no responsibility for the discoloration and marks on my suit, and was sorry he could not help me. Went in and did the fitting and everything. Was assured that exactly what I described wouldn't be happening when he made alterations. Guess what??? It happened. Big ill fitting puff as a result of the way the jeans were altered. I asked if the big bulk of fabric would be cut out. He assured yes. No no no. It's tucked like a drag Queen on drag race. Wtf??!! And the jumper he altered is no better. I paid 49$ for two garments to be messed up.
