The reason why I chose to go with him is bc of the good reviews and the deal. That's the whole point of running specials, to gain recognition and build a happy customer base on Yelp. So apparently, I now need to waste my time getting a refund for my deal from Yelp. He told me he would recommend others who are cheaper, because his services are too good for me. What kind of customer service is this? What's worse is that we got disconnected due to bad connection, and he hasn't called back nor is he picking up the phone when I call. It's pretty obvious he's avoiding my call now. Does he really think I'd keep this to myself when I bought the deal on a REVIEW SITE called Yelp?

Due to various circumstances I had to reschedule 3 times but Kyrstal worked with me on a final date. She took me through the process of working up an estimate and explained the charges. She estimated our house would take 1 1/2 hours to clean. We also had a water outlet that she needed to use. Krystal arrived on time and we reviewed the job. She got to work and we went to run errands. We returned in an hour and a half and Krystal was just finishing up. We checked her work and the carpets looked better than they did when we moved in this time last year. There was only one stain that concerned me but it came out with no hint it had ever been there. Excellent job. When it comes time to utilize carpet cleaning services again, I won't hesitate to call Krystal to use her company again.

Approximately a year ago I had used A Plus - I was in the hospital for emergency life saving surgery - and due to my health - I was not allowed to leave the hospital and had to leave my dogs alone for almost 24hrs - please understand - my leaving my dogs was NOT due to neglect - I was a day - 2 days at the most from dying - my situation was CRITICAL and the Drs stated if I left the hospital there was a very STRONG possibility that I could die driving home to get my dogs - my fear of dying was overwhelming to say the least and the thought of possibly dying driving home to get my dogs and possibly injuring/killing anyone in a car accident was not something I could risk... About a week after my surgery I started to call around for a carpet cleaning company that would be willing to do the work without gauging me in the pocketbook... I found Alex at APlus - He was extremely kind and compassionate to my situation - He was willing to work with me in every aspect - I had never forgotten... And when I FINALLY came home - my carpets looked incredible and there was ABSOLUTELY NO 'ODOR' lingering... It was a HUGE relief to me! I reached out to Alex again, literally today, regarding a cleaning... He remembered me from the initial job and from previous conversations... How many companies will 'remember' you? Now I will not go into what we've discussed and agreed to... But, I will say this... For a company in today's era that is willing to GO ABOVE and BEYOND and TRULY helps a person and put's the customers needs before their own profits - Speaks VOLUMES... He was able to accommodate my short-notice request and crazy work schedule, and communicated well and clearly throughout the scheduling process. I waited five days after work was done to write this so any temporary effect would pass...you know how sometimes carpets look great right after while drying, then a few days later when dry, stains reappear and you see the work was shoddy - surely NOT the case with this work!) It was basically a large extractor that anybody can rent from home Depot and they needed hot water from is. Thank goodness we had it because it's the house we're working on and we didn't have it a day before. Yhe prior company made a quote that wasn't even close to the actual price. Now as far as the person that did the work in this company above they were good. They did a good job. It's too bad that they were completely misrepresented by the Main company that farmed them out.

He went around the house and said that we had 10 areas and 32 stairs. He also had some blue light that showed him urine. We just bought this house and the owners before had a large dog. Because of that he added $250. The original quote was $420, but when he came he said it would be $700. Which was high but it was fine as long as there wouldn't be any urine and stains on the carpet. We agreed to the price and he started his job. We have a big house over 4,000 square feet, so we thought this would take him the whole day. He started at 9:30 and was done by 12:30. Both me and my mom were confused and thought how could he be done so quickly. He tried showing us pictures on his phone of before and after, and to be honest we didn't notice much of a difference. I didn't take before pictures but I've attached the after pictures. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's because it's still wet and we should wait till it dries to see a difference. No the carpet looked exactly the same.
