Aiden was my contractor. He was super friendly, explained everything I asked questions about, and very respectful of my space. He wore shoe covers and was very mindful of not scratching the walls when he carried stuff. He was not in some sort of manufactured rush. There prices were also reasonable. Well I used this service on Saturday morning it was supposed to be an 8:30am start but he did arrive a little late, he did call to inform me , so I went ahead with the service being I needed it to be cleaned for a special reason As for the service I honestly didn't like my carpet after it dried , it looked like the solution or something was dried up on the carpet and the carpet was hard and not to my liking I was thinking to call and complain and ask for a redo but my company will be here soon , I don't want them walking on wet carpet , I will add there was some spots that he did remove in my bedroom but over all I wasn't satisfied. read more
