Protein & Veggie Egg White Scramble with chicken sausage
Sheena T.

Snooze has been around for a while in the Gulch, but I only recently stopped in on a Saturday morning for some coffee and food. The space is bright and had loud, upbeat music playing which luckily was a good playlist but a tad bit at 8:45am. We waited for a good amount of time without being acknowledged by anyone before finally asking someone who our server was. At that point we had someone come by and let us know it was their first day. They seemed a little frazzled and took a bit of time getting our order in, but luckily they figured it out and got our order in. The oat milk latte I had was very good and a solid start to the meal. I opted for a healthy breakfast and had the egg white scramble with a lot of fresh veggies, avocado, and chicken sausage. The scramble was ok, but tasted very healthy and needed some seasoning. Luckily the chicken sausage was excellent and saved the dish. I also asked for hot sauce and was pleasantly surprised when they had a serrano and habanero hot sauce that seemed like it was made specifically for Snooze which I love and really enjoyed the serrano one! I also tried the breakfast burrito and it was excellent with home made hatch chile sauce and salsa. It was excellent and I stole quite a few bites from my BF. Snooze is great breakfast restaurant with an extensive menu and something for everyone. Make sure to try the hot sauce too!

Best breakfast in town. Do not leave without trying the OMG French Toast! Great service and ambience!! A must stop in BNA!

I'm from out west, New Mexico and so snooze is comfort food for me. Reminds me of the trips to visit family in Colorado. We generally enjoy this location. The parking is horrible and it can be busy but we persist. Today we went earlier than usual. Arrived at 9. Seated at 9:02 and not a soul came to take our order, or greet us. We just walked out and 9:28. No one said anything to us. Last straw from our side of the table, they weren't that busy.

The food is so good! Our waitress was amazing and took good care of us. We went after 12pm and there was no wait at all. Food: 10/10. Everything was really good. I liked how I was able to have 2 different kinds of Benedict. Ambiance: it was very quiet which was nice

Snooze was hands down the best place my daughter took me for breakfast. The restaurant was clean, comfortable and the decor was so cute. I was immediately drawn to the Bennys menu. It was a difficult choice but I went with the Habanero Pork Belly. My daughter chose the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. Everything was just delicious! The pork belly and pancakes can only be described as melt in your mouth amazing. Every flavor was on point. Service was friendly and enjoyable. I look forward to coming back! Two hours of free parking is available for Snooze customers in the adjoining structure.

I LOVE a place that uses the Yelp waitlist function! And given it's Nashville and the wait for biscuits or other famous breakfast food is usually long - this was a score! The vibe is 50s diner - super cute! Our server was so attentive and friendly! The espresso martinis - even for breakfast were awesome!!!!!!! Food was also delicious! All of us loved our food - and tried the bacon - DELISH! And the pancake flight - oh my cinnamon goodness!! Check it out!!!

Stopped in for breakfast while on a trip. I love that they had a pancake flight because I have such a hard time making decisions on what to pick!! I always want to try it all!

I was recently in Nashville for work and found the perfect place for my love of pancakes. I went for Sunday brunch and the place was packed both inside and on the patio with quite a few people waiting for tables. Luckily for me, I decided to make a reservation a few days before I got to town so no waiting was involved. There are so many different items on the menu that one would have to keep coming back every weekend for a few weeks to try everything or get a bunch of friends to go and share. I ended up getting their Signature Flight of pancakes (Pineapple Upside Down, Cinnamon Roll and Strawberry Shortcake) and a side of bacon. The pancakes were not too big so I didn't feel bad about eating all three. lol I also had the strawberry martini mimosa which was delish. The pancake flight is perfect for when you want to try everything. You can also mix and match your own three pancake flavors. If I'm ever back in Nashville, I will definitely make a return visit.

Yum! Visited here on a Saturday morning, were seated right away for a party of 5. The service was very friendly, she answered all our questions and offered suggestions from the menu. The entrees were all tasty and they were pretty unique! The menu is large and has something for everyone. Full coffee bar as well!

I ordered a spudz deluxe from here for takeout and it was delicious!! All ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I didn't feel heavy after eating this as well. If you're a person that likes hash and scrambled eggs this definitely will hit the spot

Excellent breakfast spot about a mile from Broadway. This is not the place for you if you're looking for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, but if you're open to other breakfast creations like scrambles, omelettes and Benny's then this is for you! I especially appreciated the healthier options like the protein scramble with a chicken sausage patty, which was delicious! Prices are fair and portions are great. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was super friendly making sure we were taken care of. There is seating inside and out but plenty all around. Very casual and modern. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Nashville.

Great service and delicious food! We tried a few different items and loved them all! Our server Savi was great! She's the best! We come here every time we are in Nashville.

Upon sitting on their lovely patio, being greeted by the sweetest southern server and viewing their diverse menu (with plenty of healthy options), I said to the hubs, "we're eating here every morning." Despite the fact that our server had a large section that had all been seated around the same time (hostess checked if we were okay with waiting), she handled it all with grace and friendliness; didn't seem stressed at all. I wish I got her name. That's the end of the good review. I ordered from the spring special menu--a crispy garlic miso bowl with avocado. Lots of veggies, some protein, just what I wanted to start my day in the land of fried food. Nope, out of that. Now, I didn't have a menu to select a new option, so I asked for the soft ricotta scrambled eggs, which I remembered also from the spring menu. It came with a spinach salad. The hubs ordered the Buddha bowl, also healthy. An exceptionally long time passed before we got our food--so long that we wondered aloud if it had been a pocket order. When it finally came, I could tell by looking at the eggs that it had sat for quite some time. Now, take me with a grain of salt. I like my food and drinks to be the temperature they are right when prepared. The eggs were hard and barely lukewarm. I had to add quite a bit of salt. The greens were very tasty and flavorful, but kind of warm, as if they'd wilted them. Maybe they would have been better right when prepared. The meal got the job done, but I was definitely disappointed. The hubs' meal was lukewarm/cold. He asked the server and she said that's how it's supposed to be. He said it's like eating leftovers from yesterday. The server did give a discount off my meal, which was nice. I left thinking, was that a fluke? Not sure I'll go back.

I tend to gravitate towards the less sweet. The Japanese Anchorage scratched that elitch very well being boozy forward, with hints of flavors. She had the Late Summer Margarita, refreshing and sweeter. We shared the Thai Tea Banana Colada. Definitely the sweeter side, but couldn't pass up the opportunity. Very good, a little sweeter and a little heavier than I'd normally prefer. It met both of our preferences right in the middle. Compromise, right? We walked in around 5:00 PM, and there were very few people in the bar. We had a party of six, so we sat down at a table and waited. Then came another long wait, we waited about 20 minutes just to get our drinks, even though the bar was nearly empty. On the bright side, the drinks were great. I ordered an El Carajillo, and it was really good! The horchata crème in it was SOOOO good and definitely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the service issues continued. When the waitress brought the check for me to sign, I realized she had not returned my credit card. I had to track her down to get it back, and while doing so, I ran into another customer who had experienced the exact same thing. They have great drinks and normally provide a good experience, so hopefully this was just an off night. But on this particular Friday evening, with the bar barely occupied, the service definitely missed the mark.
