Great breakfast spot! Just driving around, we stumbled upon the local spot and from the outside it just looked so welcoming. The indoor decor also just looked so vibrant and warm. It was a bit warm on this Spring morning so we opted to dine inside, even though the outdoor area looked comfy as well. The menu was huge. I love all the options: classic breakfasts, pancakes, french toasts, omelettes, benedicts, tacos/burritos, and healthier options like almond butter coconut porridge. I had the Bravocado Toast ($17.25) and it came out picture perfect: smashed avocado over toasted rustic bread with roasted tomato topped with sunny-side up eggs. It's Vegas so I shouldn't be surprised Snooze has a full bar and full page menu of drinks: champagne, cocktails, mocktails. Then, it's not complete without coffee and tea options. Fruit fly multiple attacking us and food. Picture shows one that landed on table! Showed waitress and asked to wipe it off. Grossly she rubbed it off with her index finger . I had to ask again can you get a cloth and wipe it off. Told manager she said wow I never see fruit fly's here Location going down hill. Not sure where they are getting the wait staff. None of them the past three times we came in seem to care. Long waits and no follow through. Asked manager and waitress about rewards program and expiring points. They both had no clue. So, round 2. Of course, the die sent us here. Nicole and Beth (Visiting regional manager) were there and they were super friendly and attentive, Yes, my brother's coffee was refilled and they even asked if he wanted one to go at the end. I got a Mocktail--Lavender & Strawberry Lemonade and it was so good, so refreshing. Don ordered The Classic--Eggs, over easy, Hashbrowns and sausage links w/english muffins. I ordered The same thing except I wanted to try the Plant based chorizo. He loved his but was sad to see that the Hashbrowns we had last time were gone (The puck, we really loved that) My eggs as you can see in the pic were slightly overcooked and the hashbrowns while yummy were at times slightly undercooked (and not as we remembered the cool and unique puck) but Beth did tell us that we could request that next time and they could make it. I also didn't really care for the chorizo, it was shaped like a patty but fell apart and was a bit chewy--How about just getting the amazing Impossible sausage that eggworks has? or vegan bacon or ? The Vegan pancakes here are great, how about making the rest vegan, like, who needs to know? Just quietly make them all vegan--There just needs to be more variety for us plant based folks. They also do not carry splenda for my brother's coffee, he is a diabetic so he prefers to use that as its supposedly the best sugar for diabetics... The restaurant is clean and comfortable and all in all, we will return IF THE DIE SAYS TO. They have a rewards program too that Nicole told me how to sign up for and she even got me some starter points which was nice. I want to come here and this to be a restaurant that we want to come back to--what I mean is we roll the die and some places we would choose and others were like "If the die says to come back, we will" and this is the latter still.... and it should be the former.... Have been to Snooze at Denver airport and loved it. Tried the one in Summerlin and was just ok. Saw this one so had to stop in and give it a try. Came in around 1230 on a weekday and was nearly empty. Service was prompt and we were seated and had coffee quickly. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the hash and eggs. I also asked for a side of chorizo. Shrimp and grits was very good, my friend ate the whole thing. Hash and eggs were delicious, my go to dish here. Chorizo was spicy and added a nice zing to the meal Service was great, our waiter was friendly and always filling our coffee and water cups Inside looks just like all the Snooze locations, retro 50s diner feel. New go to brunch spot!! The interior of this restaurant is sooooo cute, bright colors with retro vibe. The have a decent outdoor seating area which I love. The menu is a decent size definitely nothing a huge variety but still plenty to pick from. I got the protein blt bowl and it was so good! Service was impeccable in my opinion as our server checked on us a number of times and we were seated as soon as we walked in, it was a regular weekday morning. Nice location off Durango and Sunset, plenty of parking, and it's a cute diner feel. Coffee was so good! I was happy with my french toast as it was just right portion as I don't eat much though, could've been more fruits or additional protein might've been nice to complement as it was very rich. Unfortunately, my husband's breakfast was lacking in terms of portion size and he just did not like that hockey puck shaped hash brown thingy. The hickey puck hash browns were horrible. They were crispy on the outside and mushy in the middle. What is with the one piece of toast? The service was just ok. Took our order, refilled the coffee once and stopped by once to see if we needed anything else. The next time was to drop off the bill. I mentioned that I did not like the hash browns and was met with "I will let them know." For $43 for two meals and two coffees, it was a bit much. Much better places to go to. read more

Biscuits and Gravy 4/5 * Also a solid biscuit and gravy dish. The biscuits were tender, moist, and fluffy with a nice white gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice -- 3/5 * Not really the style of fried rice I was expecting. Its very sweet tasting and not that spicy. It tastes the complete opposite of an Asian-style fried rice. Stopped by for a quick round of bloody Marys with Mom before her trip back home! Our bloody Marys came out so beautiful and were one of the best we've ever had! Our server Marjorie truly made my last brunch with mom so perfect! We wanted her to sit down and join us lol! She came by to check on us and never forgot our little extras that we ordered! I was not a big fan of the experience we had here the other day. I put ourselves on the waitlist on yelp and we were seated rather quickly. The restaurant was big and had dining room and patio seating options. Once we got seated, our server came to take our order and 30 minutes go by and we still don't have our food. It wasn't until at least 40 minutes later that we did receive three out of the four items we ordered. Our waiter then tells us that the Burrata toast that I ordered was out of stock. Why did he not tell me this after I ordered? I was really upset at the wait and he said sorry but at that point, i didn't want to order anything else so I shared the burrito ordered. Overall, they get do better. I have been to Snooze many times in other locations and they are normally efficient, quick and service is good. Not this time. Our lattes were meh, burrito was ok and the cinnamon roll pancake was the good. read more

We have been hitting up a lot of brunch places after moving towards this side of the valley and one morning was looking for a quick bite and saw this place pop up. The thing that allured me was the diverse menu that was going on. This joint is right near the Ikea and has a bright open feel to the joint. The service is always fast/efficient and friendly and they do tend to get busy once you get past the 8 AM mark. Manageable but lively. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and is shared across a bevy of restaurants. The joint itself has a "retro" 80s feel in some ways and their menu breaks down to classics (eggs/bacon/bread, etc.) to griddle items, bennys, kids, sano items, mexican flair items, etc. The adult beverage section is enough to wet the palette for anyone. All of the items are pretty cookie cutter breakfast items and we have tried a few different items now which have all been solid. The thing i like about this place specifically is they have some different types of bowls and toasts. Most notably the bravocado and basil and bee burrata toast. Love these options as it provides a "lighter side" that isint just boring oatmeal but an actual attempt to still create some options that have some taste impact. We were out running errands and thought it was great time to try snooze. We dropped in late in the day which was pretty close to closing time. When we arrived it wasn't busy at all, we were greeted right away. The hostess was nice and Sat us right away. Our server came over right and was friendly, he got us our drinks and when he returned we were ready to order. We both ordered breakfast items and they came out in a reasonable amount of time. My French toast was pretty good, it tasted good but was dry, the toast wasn't fully soaked in the batter so the inside was dry and the outside was good. The bacon was good and it could have had some more fruit. Overall not bad but maybe because it was the very end of the day our plates suffered. My wish dish was ok but she was overwhelmed either, we both agree the fact that it was so late in the day was a factor. The goodness is there we just have to go back and see if we can find it. I used to dine at the San Diego locations years ago (when I lived there) and glad there are now 2 locations in Las Vegas. This location on Durango is across Ikea. Parking can get busy so be patient. I was able to find parking quick since people were leaving. Yay!!! The decor is simple and across the board the same. Loved that they have an outdoor patio. Service was good. Our servers name was Robby. He was very nice and attentive. I just had to look for him once because I didn't get syrup for my French Toast. Food: French Toast with the Berries all on the side. We were with friends from out of town, and they wanted a Sunday brunch. Our suggestion was Snooze AM, which they had never heard about (they're from Chicago). We were able to put our name on the waitlist (available on the Snooze app or Yelp), so when we arrived, it was just only five minutes before we were seated. My wife and I started with coffee, while they had mocha. They said it was perfect. For our orders, I ordered the Protein Trio Omelet, which is filled with bacon, sausage, ham, and cheddar cheese. This comes with hash browns, and toast. We asked about replacing the toast with either a pancake or French toast, and for a small upcharge, they did. We got the OMG! French Toast, which is out of this world delicious. It's brioche stuffed with house-made whipped mascarpone, topped with signature vanilla cream, caramel, strawberries, and toasted coconut. Our friends got the pancake flight, which is three smaller pancakes, one being pineapple upside down, strawberry shortcake, and sweet potato. For their savory dish, they got the Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice. They gobbled both of them down, and just raved about the flavors. Our server, Tristan, was attentive, without being pushy. On a busy Sunday morning we were sat fairly quickly, the service was top tier from the moment we sat down, and everybody was extremely friendly. We were able to taste the Vegan pancakes and they were amazing, I couldn't tell the difference from the original pancakes that were at the table. I am a breakfast sandwich girly and I LOVE their Sandwhich I Am* breakfast sandwich. It was sooo good and flavorful, I highly recommend. The hash brown patty was good, but I prefer crispy potatoes and the inside was not. I tried my friend's French toast and pancakes, my favorite of the two was the French toast. Give them a try!
