The Classic w/Vegan chorizo--It was ok, eggs a bit over, hashbrowns a bit under but still good
    Terry M.

So, round 2. Of course, the die sent us here. Nicole and Beth (Visiting regional manager) were there and they were super friendly and attentive, Yes, my brother's coffee was refilled and they even asked if he wanted one to go at the end. I got a Mocktail--Lavender & Strawberry Lemonade and it was so good, so refreshing. Don ordered The Classic--Eggs, over easy, Hashbrowns and sausage links w/english muffins. I ordered The same thing except I wanted to try the Plant based chorizo. He loved his but was sad to see that the Hashbrowns we had last time were gone (The puck, we really loved that) My eggs as you can see in the pic were slightly overcooked and the hashbrowns while yummy were at times slightly undercooked (and not as we remembered the cool and unique puck) but Beth did tell us that we could request that next time and they could make it. I also didn't really care for the chorizo, it was shaped like a patty but fell apart and was a bit chewy--How about just getting the amazing Impossible sausage that eggworks has? or vegan bacon or ? The Vegan pancakes here are great, how about making the rest vegan, like, who needs to know? Just quietly make them all vegan--There just needs to be more variety for us plant based folks. They also do not carry splenda for my brother's coffee, he is a diabetic so he prefers to use that as its supposedly the best sugar for diabetics... The restaurant is clean and comfortable and all in all, we will return IF THE DIE SAYS TO. They have a rewards program too that Nicole told me how to sign up for and she even got me some starter points which was nice. I want to come here and this to be a restaurant that we want to come back to--what I mean is we roll the die and some places we would choose and others were like "If the die says to come back, we will" and this is the latter still.... and it should be the former.... Well, see you next time....

Another of my "must go to" places when I visit Las Vegas. It has an eclectic menu so you can find something for everyone. The venue is bright with a 50's vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've not had a bad meal here.

Best brunch spot? Snooze, an A.M. Eatery comes to mind and has not disappointed after 6 visits. Cool diner vibe and always great service. Today we chose the Sangarita 5/5 and the Strawberry Martini Mimosa 5/5 both delicious beverages and for eats we got the shrimp and grits sunny side up 4/5 and the Monte Cristo over hard 5/5. Tristan D was our server and was very attentive and helped answer some questions about the dishes. Note that happy hour is Mon-Fri ALL DAY (6:30am-2:30pm) where you can get $5 bloody's and bubbles :) Great spot for a PTO day brunch! In our rewards app, we had a buy 1 get 1 50% off entrée. Become a member for free and enjoy the perks. Tip: Join the Snooze rewards "My Snooze Bennyfits" and earn rewards and 15% Military/Veteran discount available upon request.

Have been to Snooze at Denver airport and loved it. Tried the one in Summerlin and was just ok. Saw this one so had to stop in and give it a try. Came in around 1230 on a weekday and was nearly empty. Service was prompt and we were seated and had coffee quickly. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the hash and eggs. I also asked for a side of chorizo. Shrimp and grits was very good, my friend ate the whole thing. Hash and eggs were delicious, my go to dish here. Chorizo was spicy and added a nice zing to the meal Service was great, our waiter was friendly and always filling our coffee and water cups Inside looks just like all the Snooze locations, retro 50s diner feel. Loved all of it !

New go to brunch spot!! The interior of this restaurant is sooooo cute, bright colors with retro vibe. The have a decent outdoor seating area which I love. The menu is a decent size definitely nothing a huge variety but still plenty to pick from. I got the protein blt bowl and it was so good! Not too heavy but such a big portion size! the server was nice, attentive, and the food came out very quickly for a group of 3. Definitely will be back to try more foods and get mimosas!

Snooze AM just opened up around Spring Valley. Been to Snooze AM in California but I felt this place was much better. We got here before 9am and were seated quick. At 0930 it got busy quick with people waiting. We started off with a refreshing drink followed by an avocado toast and corn beef hash. Everything was good and savory! Place is a bit noisy but lovin the ambiance. Staff were friendly and attentive! I'll be back for sure. Happy Eats!!

The Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice there was barely pork belly in it. It was good but more visible pork belly would be nice. If the name was Habanero Fried Rice I won't say anything at all. Portion was small. I was expecting a pork belly under the sunny side up, my bad. Posting a picture of a place that has Pork Belly Fried Rice. I was expecting the same thing maybe 2 pork belly slices at least.

I first had Snooze when I was in San Diego and was really happy they opened one in town! Their Omg French toast is one of my favorite! Not the typical French toast you get but absolutely delicious and worth a try! The snooze burrito is also pretty good, but would pass on the habanero pork belly fried rice.

Went for breakfast with the husband to try out this spot. Service was impeccable in my opinion as our server checked on us a number of times and we were seated as soon as we walked in, it was a regular weekday morning. Nice location off Durango and Sunset, plenty of parking, and it's a cute diner feel. Coffee was so good! I was happy with my french toast as it was just right portion as I don't eat much though, could've been more fruits or additional protein might've been nice to complement as it was very rich. Unfortunately, my husband's breakfast was lacking in terms of portion size and he just did not like that hockey puck shaped hash brown thingy. I tried it, was good while hot sort of crispy on the outside and soft mashed on inside. Weird as we were expecting more traditional hash browns, but something new.

My wife and I stopped in early for breakfast and we were seated fairly quickly. She got the OMG French toast and I got the Protein Trio Omelette. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The hickey puck hash browns were horrible. They were crispy on the outside and mushy in the middle. What is with the one piece of toast? The service was just ok. Took our order, refilled the coffee once and stopped by once to see if we needed anything else. The next time was to drop off the bill. I mentioned that I did not like the hash browns and was met with "I will let them know." For $43 for two meals and two coffees, it was a bit much. Much better places to go to.

The vibes here are great and the food is pretty good. Overall a nice experience and I would recommend for brunch! The seating here is in super high demand during peak brunch times so be prepared to come early or wait. The food is decent, pretty standard diner-brunch fare, but classed up a little. The restaurant is very bright, airy, and chic, and the dishes matches the overall theme. The service was very good and super friendly, which is what pushed my experience over the top. Pancake flight -- 5/5 * I love the option to try different flavors. The pancakes are quite large, and are fluffy, super tasty, and come pretty dressed up. Lots of sauce and toppings! You can pick your 3 flavors. Corned Beef Hash -- 4/5 * A solid corned beef hash. Not overly salty. The corned beef pieces are mixed into the potatoes. Biscuits and Gravy 4/5 * Also a solid biscuit and gravy dish. The biscuits were tender, moist, and fluffy with a nice white gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. Habanero Pork Belly Fried Rice -- 3/5 * Not really the style of fried rice I was expecting. Its very sweet tasting and not that spicy. It tastes the complete opposite of an Asian-style fried rice. The texture of the rice was also a little hard. The pork belly pieces were good however. It was good to try but I would not recommend personally.

    Bloody Mary, 10/10

Stopped by for a quick round of bloody Marys with Mom before her trip back home! Our bloody Marys came out so beautiful and were one of the best we've ever had! Our server Marjorie truly made my last brunch with mom so perfect! We wanted her to sit down and join us lol! She came by to check on us and never forgot our little extras that we ordered! She highly recommended a cinnamon butter pancake and it was the most delicious thing I've ever tasted! Thank you Marjorie, and thank you Snooze for the best brunch!

Back in late 2023/early 2024, they truly had something special. But now in 2025? The experience has completely changed. You have people packed shoulder-to-shoulder in a small venue, charging $30 per person after clearly going over occupancy. It feels greedy, and it shows. Guests who paid for those tiny tables aren't even respected--people are still crowding and standing all around them. This is a lounge, not a nightclub. Stop treating it like one. Friendsgiving was the final straw: people sneaking in, getting way too rowdy, zero space to move, and overall just a miserable experience. They even had heaters blasting with over 100 bodies crammed together, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to get to the bathroom, the bar, or even the exit. Overall, Bel Aire is not the place you want to spend your time or money if they refuse to enforce occupancy rules or provide a comfortable space for guests to actually enjoy themselves. People go out to relax, drink, dance, and have a good time--not to be shoved into an overcrowded room so the business can maximize profit. At this point, Bel Aire is contributing to the exact problem Vegas nightlife is trying to move away from.

While I didn't end up loving my dishes, I still looking forward to coming back. I got the salmon skin tacos. Very creative, very beautiful, not much flavor. The strongest flavor that came through was the red onion which I'm not a big fan of. For dinner I got the vegan noodles. Good texture, liked the veggies, it was a little spicier than expected and I'm coming to realize I may not love gochujang so much. The sauce was just a little too thick and overpowering. That said, the bao sliders were delicious, the steak tartare was interesting. The pork jowl was very tasty and the short rib looked very good. I did not love the imperial rolls, they had some flavor/spice coming through that I really disliked but others enjoyed them. In addition to the food, the service was great. They took great care of us, and even offered to write happy birthday on the cake we brought in. They did charge a cake cutting fee and cut up our whole cake and served us which was nice. Finally the ambiance was nice. It's not a large space (not too small either). Felt intimate, not a ton of other people. It was a great dining experience and I look forward to going back.

I got prosecco and my partner got Pinot noir from the happy hour and tbh they were delicious. My partner drinks wine more often than me (I hate the dry taste of wine lol) but I wanted to come to try something new. We ordered the Waffle and Caviar, Sausage Roll, Brushetta from the happy hour and the Chef's Tasting board. The Waffle and Caviar was super flavorful! The touch of masago was 10/10 paired with the waffle and cream sauce! Ugh my fav truly. Next we got the Brushetta and my partner loved it. He said the tomatoes were delicious and paired well with the bread and sauce it was marinated with. I did try a bite even though I'm a tomato hater but man you can tell the tomatoes were fresh. I had a piece with no tomatoes because I loved whatever was on top as whatever the tomatoes were marinated in! Next came the Sausage Rolls and man were they delicious paired with their homemade cheese dip! I don't think I'd get again because it's quite heavy with the wine but def glad I tried. Lastly was the Chef's Tasting Board... this was so good. You could tell the cheese and meats were fresh and paired very well all together. The main star for me for that platter was the bread dipped in that garlic butter balsamic + oil... ugh delicious. I can't wait to get the membership and go back.

Today, I arrived around 3:00 PM and asked for an inside table for six. I was told there would be an event at 5:00 PM and that we couldn't stay because she couldn't "a bunch of screaming babies there". I told her we would be in-out within the hour and she still suggested I leave! My baby wasn't fussing, she was peaceful inside her bassinet stroller! I left feeling unwelcome, the place was absolutely dead. The only customers were sitting at the bar. As a new mom, it's already challenging enough, and being refused service because I have a stroller was disheartening. I definitely won't return. We went somewhere else, finished by 4:00 pm and my baby slept! If you aren't going to be child friendly, FINE -- put out a sign so moms know not to come here for dinner.
