Waitress Jihan was absolutely professional, fast, and informative. She made our breakfast at Snooze a truly memorable experience. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family. read more

Everything went well. Staff is friendly and competent. Food was exactly as ordered, which is important as I have food allergies.

Our server, Omar, was great- so patient. Food was delicious as usual- always love the pancake flight! Enjoyed a bowl with pork belly which was split in the kitchen as I was sharing with my daughter- really appreciated this, as well as the spicy pork belly beings served on the side. Snooze always provides great, personalized service. read more

The staff were really putting the "snoozefest" in their service this morning. I understand a wait when it's busy, but I watched the buss staff walk past tables that needed to be cleared multiple times without any sense of urgency when there was an hour + wait. So many staff just wandering around aimlessly, including the person who seemed to be manager. Props to the hostess and our server for trying to make up for the delays with some free items. The food was good, the strawberry shortcake pancakes were delicious, but everything is still overpriced. Our overall reflection was that it wasn't worth the levels of hanger we experienced and we won't be returning. read more

My experience in Snooze Southglenn today was disappointing. A friend that I had not seen for several years selected this place for us to meet and catch-up. It was a little after 10:30 am when we were seated. My friend had already had some breakfast and just wanted a beverage and asked if blueberry muffins were available. Server J said, in my opinion, condescendingly, "Corner Bakery down the street has blueberry muffins, we have english muffins." I ordered The Classic. We had to ask for some water. Server J did not seem too pleased as she took our order. My friend and I were chatting away when our order was brought to the table. As I was eating, I noticed my bacon was undercooked on one half but well done on the other half; it was unevenly cooked. It looked to me like the pan they cooked the bacon in was heated unevenly and that is why the bacon was like that. I had eaten my toast, potatoes and egg before the server came to check on us. I brought the bacon to the server's attention and she agreed it was undercooked and she only offered another order of bacon and I declined since I was done with my meal. She said she would take the plate with the undercooked bacon to the cook. In retrospect, I should not have accepted my plate of food. I worried the whole day when I got a slight headache or my stomach was rumbly that I may have gotten sick from undercooked bacon touching my other food. I used my Christmas gift card to pay for my disappointing meal and service. My friend left a tip. The only good thing about this experience was seeing my friend. read more

Nice environment, but terrible service. Our food came out and the order was incomplete because two people ordered the same thing and he didn't put in the second order. Even though blueberry pancakes are on the menu and that's what we ordered, he put in an order for a single pancake. When it was brought out it had been sitting for a while because it was as tough as cardboard. My main problem isn't that the food wasn't in good condition and the order was incomplete, but our server decided to complain about us to a coworker within earshot. We were asking for the bare minimum, good food. We left without waiting for the remake because it had been 20 minutes of additional waiting. read more

It is always so good! Their pineapple pancakes-to die for! Their staff is usually fantastic and although they can be a bit busy it is always worth it in the end. I go to the south Glenn one and it gets pretty busy so I take a walk or find something interesting to admire. Like one day their was amazingly detailed chalk art. They were not even that far. By the time I had seen them all work my reservation was ready! I love it and I am always exited to go to snooze am eatery! read more

Ventured in for a classic breakfast to go, then ordered a iced caramel latte when I got there, to go again. Latte was $7 for an at most 16oz, likely more like 12 oz with lots of ice (only one size?). I should have just slipped over to Peets and gotten it there. What was I thinking!? The english muffin was super dense (no nooks and crannies), and the eggs were more over easy vs over medium like I ordered them. Hash browns were my least favorite and most of them got tossed out with the container. What a disappointing visit to Snooze. read more

After flying into Denver airport, this was the first place we stopped and I was so glad! We had a bit of a wait but I didn't mind as it gave me time to dash down to the Whole Foods in the same center and also time to chat with our sweet cousin who was putting my mom and I up for the vacation. Our waiter was efficient and nice, and the food was delicious. I got the bravacado toast with eggs and a nitro cold brew with oat milk on the side, and it was just perfect (I was exhausted from my 4 am wake up time!). Mom got breakfast tacos which she loved, and our cousin got eggs Benedict. It was a great introduction to Denver and start to our trip. There are tons of these Snooze places and I suspect we'll be seeing them all over the country soon. Apparently Denver is the place restaurants start out, and if they make it there, then they expand. I hope Snooze does. :) read more

I am done w/ the ever growing, Woke version of Snooze; what used to be such an AMAZING & FAVORITE place for our family to JUST HAVE Breakfast/Brunch, has now turned into a place where their Woke Social-Business-Values are forced on you in either their 6-color-rainbow, or demanding that a reservation can now ONLY be taken once you download their Woke-Yelp-App; even if you're on the phone explaining this to their greeter-reservations- checker. As for me & my house, we will eat our cherished Family & Friends, non-socially-woke, Breakfasts & Brunches somewhere where it's just about the food & living w/o feeling pressure to conform to their Pagan-Preferred-Woke-Business-Values. read more

They hire the best wait staff. Always super attentive and knowledgeable and friendly! Delicious GF options too!

Consistently great food, service, & vibe at every location. I like the cohesive, unique design, which for me, adds to the experience. Be prepared to wait, but worth it! One time my granddaughter and I went next door for coffee while waiting LOL! (Although they usually do have self serve coffee available for waiting list guests.). Trick for a short wait is to go after 1 PM on a weekday. read more

We live pretty close to this place. We used to love snooze but what happened to the quality of service. The staff are louder than the customer and they are not easily found when you need or want something. Food is still good but not as vibrant as it once was. We quit going here a while ago but checked back in. Nope, we won't go anymore. read more

Our server, Rebecca, was so wonderful! She happily answered all our questions about Gluten Free and substitutions. There's a lot of stuff that can be made GF! Almost anything can be subbed. She even went the extra mile to say it was cheaper to do the meal a different way since I didn't want eggs with it. Our food came out and someone came with a GF, FREE, pumpkin spice pancake saying "This is compliments from your server". We were astonished that she would send us a free pancake, tailored to my personal needs, too. I've never had that happen! I'm floored! We certainly left a great tip. That girl deserves a raise. This is a very clean facility and workers made sure to keep it that way. The seats were clean, table looked nice. All you can expect from a nice breakfast place. 100% recommend Snooze! read more

There's always a line at Snooze so I highly recommend reserving ahead of time on Yelp while you're on the way. They're doing their best with options to sit indoors or out. This was a great place to start enjoying brunch again since the pandemic. The Oh My French Toast was delicious. It was soft but not too soft and very tasty but not a strong dose of sweetness that attacks you. If you're in for a sweeter breakfast, I highly suggest their French toast options. The hash brown was quite yummy too. I didn't expect a side to be so big so that's a good surprise. Can't go wrong with any item on the menu from Snooze. read more

Due to the pandemic they do allow dine in but there's a wait as fewer tables are being sat. Even before the pandemic there was a wait for this place luckily they use the Yelp waitlist so join while you're driving. Craving something sweet I got the Pancake Flight, which is a pineapple, sweet potato; and a blueberry danish. I thought sweet potato would be my favorite but the sweeter ones like pineapple and the blueberry were the winners. I think I was expecting a sweet treat, but the sweet potato was surprisingly savory. Still very good. I got a side of hash browns too which was simple and amazing. read more

This Snooze is nothing short of amazing. And honestly every Snooze in the Denver area. Servers are always awesome and super consistent even through crazy weekend rushes. Omelette is always my go-to and definitely don't sleep on the green chile. Love a boozy brunch and this place hits all the marks! Pro-tip for long waits here: add yourself to the waitlist via Yelp before you leave the house, or keep an eye out for bar spots as they rotate out pretty often read more

I made an online order for myself. I waited for a while before someone came to the front. The hostess said she would check to see if my order was ready. I took a seat. I watched her walk back to the kitchen about 4 times. I watched her seat several people and get them water. I felt maybe she forgot about me. I asked her again if my online order was ready. She said she is doing the job of three people and would check on it. Meanwhile, she continued to help other people. I waited a while more.... She didn't go check again. It seemed to me I would probably be forgotten again and I would have to wait longer, so flagged down a waitress walking by and asked her if my order was in the kitchen waiting for pickup. It took about 10 seconds to get my already bagged order to go. I got my order and left the building. read more

11:00. I arrive and am left standing for about 10 minutes while employees walk around, chit chat, and ignore me. Open tables in many places. Lots of servers working. When someone finally comes to the front desk (there is quite a line by now), no apology, she just says "join the wait list". "What? There are open tables? How long?""10-20 minutes". "Why?" "That's how long the wait is". Zero customer service. (The people I saw enter while I was walking up are already seated with menus and beverages when I come in the door. ). No interest in me at all. No apology. No explanation. When I said (frustrated) "I guess I'll leave" the response was "Ok". I've heard customer service is dead, and this confirms it. read more

Came to Snooze for the first time with visiting my sister. She had recommended it saying they had great breakfast/brunch. We came in on a Wednesday around 9:00AM and we were quickly seated. After looking over the menu I wasn't sure what to get since so many options sounded good so I asked our waitress who had already been every helpful which was the better option. She told me the Habanero Pork Belly Benny which is Seared cider-braised, habanero pork belly on top of a griddled English muffin with our house-made bacon-espresso jam and poached cage-free eggs topped with our house-made cream cheese hollandaise and cranberry relish. Sounds amazing right? Well let me tell you it was. Let me start off by saying if you are worried about it being too spicy with Habanero being apart of it but it is not over powering just a bit of spice. The Pork Belly is the star of the show here. Cooked perfectly and with so much flavor. The eggs were also cooked perfectly. Not over cooked at all. The yolk was perfectly runny but not to the point that there was raw egg whites. It was one of the best Benny's I have ever had. Easily top 3 and the only 2 that are up their with it were crab cakes benny. Beside it blows everything out of the water. You have to try this if you come. They also have some amazing house/local hot sauces that really brought everything together. After coming down from the mountains we were not sure where to go for breakfast on our last day before our flight. We knew we really liked Snooze so we just came back. I wanted to try something new but I also loved that Habanero Pork Belly Benny but lucky Snooze has something for that too,The Benny Duo. The Benny Duo lets you mix and match 2 Benny options so I of course picked the Pork Belly and for my second the Pork Chile Verde Benny which is Green chili sauced tortillas and melted cheese with slow cooked pulled pork, topped with poached cage-free eggs, our house-made green chili hollandaise, pico de gallo, and Cotija cheese. This one was also very good and I liked that it used sauced tortillas instead of and English Muffin. I will say I think the Pork Belly was better. We will for sure come back to Snooze next time we are in town. You can't beat it. Great food and great service. read more

This is THE place to go for breakfast...OHHHHHH myyyyy Gawwwdddd, pancakes are to die for...I don't even like pancakes but these...these...these got unicorn dust on em or some...I'm hypnotized by the vibes in this establishment..I ordered the classic , with scrambled eggs add cheese, bacon, toast w/grape jelly , a pancake, annnnd funky monkey in the side...whooooaaaaa myyyy gawwwddddd...whoever is in the kitchen needs a raise for real for real...Kelsie was my server, she was the absolute sweetest, great attitude... Now, my partner order the crab and asparagus omelet , i, myself, think the crab overpowered the entire dish, it lacked seasoning l, it definitely tastes like someone just took raw fish and put it into a egg. My also thinks so...The ocean taste is very strong, it takes away from the dish completely, so THAT is a fail. BUUUUTTT, ever heard of the 80/20 rule...look it up or ask someone cause this my new breakfast spot and ima stick beside it Oh yeah, just moved from the south here and this is the first breakfast establishment I have frequented...definitely already have plans on what I'm going to try next Please believe the food in the photo was not harmed, neither were we, but we did do some damage!!! read more

The pancake flight and the burrito were great! The let us split the burrito and share the flight.

We had a large party of 9 and were unable to make a reservation until we arrived on-site. We were all in town for a wedding the night before so needed some hair of the dog and greasy eats. They asked us if we would be willing to split up into 2 tables but it's rare all of my siblings are together at once so we opted to wait longer to sit together. Well... their solution for us sitting together was two round tables and benches and so we ultimately ended up eating at 2 tables anyway. If we would have known this was their only option, we would have opted to split up and saved at least an hour of an 1.5 hour wait. The food and drinks were lovely, service was pretty good, but the pricing just isn't worth what I ordered. At least not on top of the incredible wait time. I understand this is a locals favorite but it just didn't hit all of the marks for me. read more

I came here for the first time with my sister for her birthday. The total wait was like an hour! Luckily, there were seats at the bar, so we sat immediately. I ordered the shrimp and grits because I'm a southern girl, and I must say, it was not as bad as I expected being here in Colorado. The grits could use a bit more cheese but the taste of everything else was pretty good. I definitely cleaned the plate. The service was pretty awesome too. I forgot her name but we had a very pleasant young lady at the bar that was very attentive and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Aside from the popularity of the location that require a long wait, this place was definitely a brunch must. Enjoy! read more
