The faint, weak blue glow under 365nm light indicates another mineral involved but not uranium. I took photos with an actual uranium glass bracelet to highlight the difference. The vendor immediately refunded me which allowed for the removal of my 3 star review which was the goal - admitted by this vendor. I suspect the vendor knew it wasn't uranium glass and this product will now be sold in the vendors retail store. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

He went out of his way to help me as I am new to stamp collecting. He is highly knowledgeable and is will to share what he know about stamps and their history. The store itself is a real treasure hunt. Boxes and shelves stacked up tall full of sorted and unsorted stamps. I bring my own small chair and sit, digging for hours though stamps and covers. Bill sold me a unopened, unsorted box full of stamps at a deal that you will not find anywhere else. The box was a previous persons collection that had so many old stamps it was almost overwhelming, but in an exciting way. My small beginners stamp collection went from around 300 to over 2,000 stamps easily. The store also has all the supplies, hinges, stamp pages, and mounts for the best price that even Amazon can not beat. 10/10. This place is fun to just hang out in and learn some stamp history from Bill.
