I finally just left to run another errand and returned in about 30 minutes but received the same treatment. I approached folder/stocker and asked if she would help me, receiving a cheerful, "yes, I can!". However, she didn't know zip about men's clothing (all I needed was a pair of trousers and some braces), and finally she suggested I try Jos Bank, which I did.
