I went in & wasn't greeted by either of the staff members. They were in their own personal conversation, so I just browsed. I couldn't find anything cute or in my size. I just needed plain black tennis shoes. The one pair I saw looked like someone was walking on the back of the heels, so there's no way I was buying them. I ended up leaving and going to DSW only to buy those same black tennis shoes minus the run down heel. I'm disappointed. There wasn't anything that caught my eye this time around & the staff wasn't even friendly enough to speak when I entered or when I left. So much for customer service. The store was neat and clean though. So, that was a plus.

Because of it's well lit set up and the tunes being heard from the store lured us in to see what's up. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted. And asked if help is needed to let them know. This store looks to be black owned, something I love !! So we browsed and saw some haute (hot) kicks (shoes). Sales were being offered too. Now I love a sale and from a boutique shop...that's rare. Babe found two pair of shoes and I did as well. Shoes sold here are usually not in your chain shoe stores: Athletes Foot, Foot Locker or even DTLR. The only detractors were the really strangely lit room in the back, which made it really hard to see anything, and the fact that the giant TV in the front was being used like someone's private living room. It was a little awkward when I was in there with my wife and it starting blasting while people were eating and yelling in front of it. The guy at the register was nice though, and very helpful. RACISM is a major issue at this location. I walked around and watched as the white employee greeted…read moreevery single white woman in that store and kept walking straight past me and my black boyfriend, even while making eye contact. A couple of white girls were walking in directly behind me and my boyfriend. She deliberately didn't acknowledge us, but immediately and enthusiastically greeted them and asked how they're doing. Not to mention, it seems like all employees share the same three brain cells, Nobody is helpful. Everybody just looks around staring like it's their first day on the job. If you need a fitting room, they'll just stare at you. If you look lost, they'll look at you dead in your eyes, then walk the other direction, I am so confused by this location. talking to any of the employees felt like pulling teeth, side eyeing, rolling eyes, short cold responses or none at all. I will never understand why teenagers punish the customers for a job THEY applied for. I am PROUD to say lulu will NEVER get a black cent from me again. Rude hateful location. Keep your black dollar away from here, they don't care about us.
