I've been vegan for 20 years (since 2003) and been buying vegan children's footwear for 18 years. For that entire time I've had to comb through the tongues to find out if shoes were made of animal body parts or not. I came looking for a pair of shoes, the clearance was the first stop. The shoes were thrown everywhere and not organize at any way and sizes were not accurate with the box. Made my way to the regular price shoes. I found a decent pair advertised for 54.99 compared to 74.99. After price comparing them online it seemed comparable to amazon, a couple bucks more. At the checkout she told me my total with 75, but I informed her that they were on sale. She checked the box and said they weren't. I had no interest in going back to the shelf and showing her the sign, and it was the same shoes. So I left without making a purchase. So be wary if you attempt to find shoes, take a picture of the sign so you don't have to go back because apparently they aren't aware of their sales.

I always get her foot measured before I buy her new shoes, so I'm not sure why they couldn't do this. The employee then asked what size shoe she wore, I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they didn't carry her shoe size, even though I have purchased shoes for her at the same chain (different location) before. The employee just seemed uninterested in assisting me, so I ended up leaving. This store is very convenient to my home and I hate that I don't want to visit again due to this experience.

Wow what a mistake it was coming to this mall. I told him this and my right to have a service dog who I need to take with me to places like this. He proceeded to say that he was going to call the cops, for what law was I breaking? Please show me the law that says I cannot take my service dog into an establishment?! No I will not be discriminated against like that. I have left a message for the general manager to call me back. This is ridiculous and the mall had a bunch of closed stores and nobody in there anyways. Good luck.
