Which a lot of places are not! Saturday morning I arrived around 830 Tony said he would fit me in. Around 10am I received a quote through text message which was great! I approved of the services and about 2 hours later my car was ready! Tony was very pleasant! I love great customer service After picking my car up, I could definitely tell a difference! He had some guy do something to the the wiring in my truck, crazy. I took it back a month later and he said he didn't know what the issue was but whenever it broke down to call him lol. I spent $1000.00 for that advice. Now it's been over a year and im still dealing with the same sensor. I've had several shops tell me to take it back to him and have him do the repair he was hired to do, but I don't think so. Be careful and make sure you get a print out if the work he does.

Not knowing the actual cause of all the noise, I had it repaired at my local shop to minimize damage. When I inquired about the reimbursement of $147 for the repair due to the fact that torque arm was one of the parts manipulated in Wendell's repair......... I was met with excuses and major attitude!

I was told I could drop it off and leave the key in the drop with my name, number, and what was going on. I had it towed there and did just that. They were so nice and got the tank changed out as well as the thermostat. I got a call that they had to order a new thermostat because the one the revived was busted and that it wouldn't be ready till Monday, this was a Friday. I said that was fine but then at 4:30 on that Friday I got a call it was ready. The gentleman was so nice and the work was quick.
