I visited a few local gun stores in the Phoenix area let's just say customer service is not everybody's forte. I wasn't planning on buying any big ticket items but Johns customer service was very knowledgeable and helpful so I decided to purchase my first over 10 round capacity handgun from him. Thank you very much Second Amendment and a shout out to John!
