Really? If you're going to serve sandwiches, at least tell the customer they are served warm. It was a beautiful Colorado day in April and I was in a hurry for an automobile repair appointment. I decided to try Snarfs for the 1st time because it was so close to the dealership. after reviewing the menu, I decided a tuna sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion sounded refreshing. My sandwich came pretty fast for as busy as it was, but when I grabbed it at the pick-up station...it was warm. I asked the staff making the sandwiches if they always make the sandwiches warm, and he said yes, they were toasted. I think it was pressed under heat like a panini. Warm tuna, warm lettuce, warm tomato, warm onion, warm mayo, warm bread....good grief! Snarf's...please let the customer know! If I wasn't in such a hurry I would have asked for something else, but I had to run. Sorry, but to me, warm tunafish has always been disgusting. read more

Sandwich is sometimes messily made where the contents fall out easily compared to the Arvada and Westminster locations. I've had a consistent craving for the Snarf's Californian, Italian, or egg salad sandwich this past year, so this is one of the locations my partner picked up the sandwiches. We sometimes get a messy sandwich at this particular location but other locations make it neat and the contents do not immediately dump out. Otherwise, sandwiches taste good here! read more

Waited over an hour for this $15 roast beef sandwich and this is what half of it looks like. More mayo than any other ingredient. I think I count 3 leaves of lettuce total? Also had to wait 10 minutes to even ask about the status of my order. Saw a "Now Hiring" sign while I was there, my guess is that if they want anyone to work there and alleviate these issues they will need to pay more than the bare minimum and take care of their employees. Everyone I spoke to was nice but clearly overburdened. A local chain should 1000% do better read more

I really enjoyed trying Snarf sandwiches. They formed part of my comfort meals, never disappointing with taste and quality ingredients. Minus one start because....the location itself is just a bit dirty. I think this is because Snarf's is a signature high school hang out and let's face it, teenagers are not exactly the neatest of individuals. Besides that, I am never disappointed to try something new at Snarf's. Be sure to ask about their secret dressings and hot sauces, sometimes kept behind the counter. So ordered three sandwiches total for my family. My sandwich (the super club, no ham extra turkey instead) was good. Everyone else's...not good. They put two pieces of bacon on the entire Blt. And my son's grilled cheese half of it didn't have any cheese. The guys working there seemed annoyed to take the order. They didn't put any toppings on anyone's sandwich, or ask at the counter. Supposedly they all come with the generic toppings unless you specify. But we received nothing. If not for my sandwich turning out decent I'd give one star. I also have to say they seemed very understaffed. Two young guys working when there are inside traffic, DoorDash, online orders...every table inside was dirty because these guys literally don't have the time to clean. The floors were trashed. Management should not be expecting two teenagers to run an entire store on what is a very busy Sunday. I love Snarf's since I tried my first one a couple of years ago. After backpacking we decided to stop at this location before heading home. I know in the past that their sandwich is tasty. Fresh bread. Two kinds. Wheat and white. I wish they have sourdough bread. I love the crunchy outer and soft inside of the sourdough. Deli-cious. I started working in Boulder in April and am already a regular at Snarf's. The highly acclaimed Italian sandwich is amazing. They use great cuts of Italian meat and those hot peppers can't be missed. My second favorite is the eggplant parm with hot peppers. Two others I've tried, disliked, and would not recommend were the cheese and mushroom and the cubano. Hard pass. Save yourself some time and order online for pickup. Beware, parking in this area can be insane during the lunch rush as cars are lined up for Wendy's across the lot. read more

Yummy sandwiches! The meat and toppings are always fresh, well portioned, the bread is perfectly toasted but soft and I always have good experiences at this location. They are my go to for delivery because they always get the orders right which is greatly appreciated. Plus the employees are always friendly and seem genuinely happy so I like supporting businesses that treat their employees well. 1 star off because they tend to do my pet peeve and bunch up all of your sandwich toppings in the center of the sandwich instead of spreading them evenly from end to end, but the sandwiches are always good and exactly what I ordered so not a big deal. Three employees made eye contact with me and completely ignored me for about 10 minutes. Was never helped and just left the store

Been here 4 times, 3 out of 4 times they have messed up orders and given me a non-veg sandwich when I ordered a veggie sandwich. One time I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with potato salad as a side and the dude put the potato salad ON the sandwich. The food is good but I've never seen any of the staff sober so be ready to have your order messed up lol read more

My favorite sandwich place in Boulder! These are the BEST!!! My favorite is the Portobello mushroom sandwich or the Eggplant parmigiana. Both of these are hot sandwiches and are delicious! The bread is tasty and not "bready". When I lived in Boulder, a few years back, I used to come to Snarfs often, so now that I came back to visit for a few days, I am glad that the same quality and freshness of ingredients still continues! My only tip is that this place is VERY BUSY during lunch hour, so come early (around 11) or call in your order ahead of time in order to save some time. read more

I like that this place is so big with plenty of seating options, but when we stopped in last Saturday a little after 3 pm, it was busier than I would have expected, with all five employees working the line; yet the wait (to order and also receive food) was still long. Local lore has it that the shop had no name when it opened and the owners waited until they knew what sorts of noises were produced by their customers while eating the sandwiches. Though the menu is fairly typical of any deli, it's the freshness and flavor that makes these sandwiches so mouth-watering. Unlike, the skimpy little sandwiches you would get at Subway, these babys are piled high. SNARF'S!!!! I LOVE Snarf's. I've been eating there for years. Occasionally I go to the Pearl Street location; mostly I go to the one on Arapahoe. I like that it's spacious and easy to find a table or booth. I eat a vegetarian diet and I like that there are veggie options. My favorite sandwiches are the portobello and the eggplant parm. Both are consistently yummy. I order the 12" sandwich and either split it with THE WIFEY or else I take half home for lunch the next day. Two lunches for, what, $15. These guys make amazing sandwiches...when they make them. Though a great sammish is not a balance for terrible customer consideration. They don't really have the forward thinking to prioritize phone orders from walk in customers. Telling a person right in front of them they need to make 50 samishes for a phone in order before they can get around to making my single sammish without waiting 30min is really a failure of customer service. Waiting 90min..is also a failure for delivery. If you can't handle the volume of your orders..maybe buy another toaster and hire another samish maker..or your problem will solve itself.. like now..
