I've been to the other snapper jacks and finally made it to this location. Cute spot. You order up front then find a table. I had the cheese enchiladas. Those were delicious and large. The salsa bar is fantastic. I was able to try all their yummy salsas. My husband and friends enjoyed the taco salad, burrito, and crispy tacos. I'll be back!

The crew here is absolutely AMAZING!!! Especially today! Paco is awesome! They are always so friendly and welcoming. I'm in love with their refried beans burrito. As a vegan I truly appreciate the option of vegetarian beans. The chefs, the managers, and all of you are so wonderful. I live in La currently and you guys still hold my heart for Mexican food. I cannot wait to move back in January so I can grab this amazing burrito that's always fresh and delicious every time more often. It's always clean and cool and salsa bar is always filled with the best salsas in the world. I highly recommend this place fr beer and tacos. You'll fall in love! Thanks yall! Always the best food and great experience.

They also have a great variety of drinks, including micheladas, Mexican Coke, and other options. As far as customer service, unfortunately, that part of our experience wasn't the greatest. The gentleman who took our order didn't greet us or smile and seemed very overwhelmed or stressed, which made the interaction feel a little unwelcoming. One important thing I brought up while ordering was that someone in our party has a shrimp allergy. We were told there is cross-contamination and that they're unable to accommodate the allergy. I appreciated being told upfront, but this was the first time we've encountered this at a local taco restaurant. If you have a serious shrimp or seafood allergy, I would definitely keep this in mind and consider avoiding the restaurant for safety. Pricing is pretty reasonable, with options ranging roughly from $2-$20. The portions were great, and the food itself was good quality. The asada tacos and tortas had great flavor, and you could tell they were using quality ingredients. The salsas were SUPER spicy but really flavorful! The horchata wasn't personally my favorite, but it was still decent. Overall, the aesthetic, food quality, portions, and pricing were great. Customer service could definitely be improved, and anyone with a seafood allergy should be aware of the cross-contamination risk before visiting.

Our table of 6 celebrated my birthday. which they made very special. The food was amazing. So amazing none of us took photos, we started eating and sharing each other's dishes. The filet of sole salad was full of flavor and once mixed with the greens and avocado needed NO dressing. Another guest had Lola's enchiladas with mango chipotle sauce; a flavor combo none of us had before. It was delicious. Their chips are homemade with a little salt and really delicious, too. The taquitos, kids cheeseburger, taco salad and chimichanga were just as tasty. We also had daiquiris and a guava margarita. They were well balanced and the best ever cocktails. The ambience was perfect. It felt like walking into an old world Mexican eatery. Very clean, not noisy at all even though the restaurant was busy. They do charge a little extra to use a credit card and although it's only 3%, it's a little irritating. It's 2026, no one carries cash, and I'm a patron who chose to dine with you over somewhere else. Put $0.50 on something to get rid of the fee at check out. It's not a good look. All-in-all, great experience. We'll be back more often.

As you walk into this deceptively designed shop, you'll find a tight entry. To the right is the…read moreservice counter. Immediately in front of you, is a grocery store with fresh produce, drinks, etc.. There's no real service to speak of. You go in, look at the menu above and behind the register, make your choices and pay the employee at the till. When I went, no one offered to answer any questions or sell me anything. The woman at the counter next to the young man behind the register just watched me while I checked stuff out. On the left between a dark room and the grocery, were large racks of Mexican pastries and breads. I have tried Mexican pastries in the past and have not really enjoyed them. But "hope springs. . ." and all that. So, seeing a decent amount of plump pastries and breads that looked incredibly fresh and enticing, I used the provided tongs and placed a few into a bag (also provided). I'm still thinking about going back for more. They were all moist and flavorful with fillings that were delicately sweetened. So so good. I perused the menu acting as though I hadn't come there for one item only - a breakfast burrito with bacon. I liked the breakfast burrito I had here and would definitely recommend it. It's a full meal capable of holding you for a long time. I would probably want to eat one again before a long day of chores, shopping, or a strenuous hike. I need to feel like I earned the calories. And I wasn't hungry until dinner. Behind the register is a doorway to a whole other experience. The kitchen is safely and sanitarily located behind tall countertops and a refrigerated section. I was excited to see the variety of offerings from south of the border. Are you hankering for a goody you can only get in Mexico, come here and look. You'll probably find it. That dark room I mentioned earlier is a huge dining area with dark iconic furniture that I discovered on my first trip to Mexico many years ago. Black leather and wood barrel shaped chairs with black leather topped round tables scattered around a dark room with black tile floors. There were patrons eating at a couple of the tables who looked like regulars. The size of the dining area made me think it would be a great place for a large gathering. I'm now wondering if they ever have live music and if they would be able to accommodate a large birthday party. There are a couple of picnic tables in the back, off the parking lot, where I ate my meal. I believe the notion of putting tables back there was more like an afterthought because it's not decorated and it's right along the back walkway from parked cars to the restaurant door. It's not regularly attended to, I guess, as there were remnants of another customer's meal at the other table. I also had the thought that it might just be a place for the employees to take a break and eat a meal in peace. Overall, I will be coming back and trying other menu items, baked goods and products from the other room.

Disappointing Treatment of Loyal Local Customers…read more First off, we're locals and have been eating here for a while, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I can't believe we were treated so dismissively by a business we've supported. Your posted hours are 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM. We arrived at approximately 7:27 PM, just about a minute after another group walked in. The employee at the front yelled that you were closed and proceeded to help the group ahead of us while refusing to serve us. When we pointed out that your posted hours clearly stated you were open until 8:00 PM, she still refused to help us. If you're going to advertise business hours until 8:00 PM, customers shouldn't be turned away more than 30 minutes before closing, especially when you're allowing other customers to be served right in front of them. What bothers me most isn't just being denied service; it's the blatant inconsistency and disrespect. We've supported this establishment as local customers, and this is how we're treated in return? Well, you've lost our business. There are plenty of other places that understand the importance of treating their customers with basic courtesy and respect. If this is how you treat loyal patrons, don't be surprised when they stop coming back.
