We got hit with the bait and switch that i have since read about online about Snapbox. Guess I should have done more research as these guys are apparently known for ripping off their customers after a few months. We now need to scramble to find a new place as they have tripled our monthly rate. No customer service, no support, just a jacked up price until we can relocate. Awful. This Business is very unprofessional to people that buy abandoned storage units. They will act as if you are complete trash and treat you with the most disrespect I have ever seen. These storage facilities have been getting worse throughout the years with treating buyers of these abandoned storage like kids and or trash. They take items they want to keep, and list goes on! Then when you want to film the interaction with them to protect yourself and the facilities they will ban you from the website that you purchase the unit. I have been using this location to store my classic car every May thru October for 9 years. Kathy is super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. And the facility is super clean and well maintained. I wouldn't park my classic car anywhere else. read more

Spent a whole day shopping around for storage places in the area, and this place was leaps and bounds ahead of the rest! Left the office with a great feeling, knowing our stuff would be safe. VERY professional, clean, safe, secure, friendly! LOTS of security features. Free truck rental when you move-in! Dog-friendly! Let our pup come in the office while we were filling out paperwork! This is possibly the birthplace of awful service. I have been using diferent storages around new jersey for over 2 years now and this is hands down the worst establishment ive ever dealt with. its questionable if the guy in the office made it through the 2nd grade. If you need a storage unit and you pull off of Rosevelt Blvd and find yourself looking at the gate. Do yourself a favor, turn around and drive to the wawa and buy some canned goods and smash it open with your face and eat it cold. youll get more enjoyment and less frustration than if you were to deal with the hellbeast that holds the codes to allow you passage into that hell. read more

I have worked with Cape Atlantic Storage and manager Don for over 6 years and could not be happier with this beautiful, clean, secure, well lighted, gated facility, and the friendly, kind manager. They are professional, competent, and quick to respond to my every need or request. The units there are immaculate. I use it to store my trailered boat, and decided to use this facility after thorough research of all of the storage businesses within a 20 mile radius of my Ocean City property. The 1/2 mile proximity to the Garden State Parkway Marmora exit makes it easy to trailer down to Cape May for a day of fishing, north to Mystic, or straight across the causeway to boat in Ocean City, Longport, or Margate. For boat owners, there is easiy accessible water for cleaning and flushing engines, and very open, easy to park boat spaces. Passcode entrance and exit, extensive video camera monitoring, and no access between 10 pm to 6 am makes your belongings absolutely secure; in 6 years I have had absolutely no security or theft concerns at Cape Atlantic. Furthermore, their rates are competitive despite the clear "upgrade" in quality and security compared to other nearby competitors. They have traditionally offered free use of a large moving truck for move in, although I am not 100% sure that the new owners as of 5/2016 still offer this but it is a great perk! Incidentally, the new owners are to be commended to keeping the existing site manager Don on as he truly "makes the place," and the transition this year was absolutely seamless! Again, they get my highest endorsement, and I plan to continue using them year after year. read more

My experience here has been great! I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write about the the well organized, very clean, and safe facility here. Don the manager helped me find what unit would best fit my needs. He was so accommodating and made me feel secure in leaving my things there. There are carts and dollies to help load your things in and secure gates to feel confident your things are safe. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area. Best Customer Service Ever!!!! Dealing with Joe and Don was so easy and they were so informative and professional. Joe gave us the best deal they had available and Don accommodated us when we had to get in the night before. The storage facility was in excellent condition and broom clean.
