The first time, the machine took my money. When I spoke to the manager, he treated me as if I were trying to scam him. Today was worse. The wash wasn't spraying any soap or solution. I didn't feel comfortable getting out of my car while the machine was running, so I went to the office afterward. Unfortunately, it was the same manager, and his attitude was just as bad--dismissive and arrogant. He immediately said it "made no sense," didn't bother to check anything, and told me to use another bay, which also didn't work properly. There was no apology, no attempt to help, and no concern for the customer experience. Those who know me know I rarely complain about service, but this place--especially the manager or A WORKER (What an A** he is)--does not deserve your business. Please pass this along. Thank you.

If you want to use the tire cleaner, pre soak, wax or spot free rinse that'll be an additional 3 dollars of just waiting for the nozzle to switch. I always thought one quarter afforded you 30 seconds. I guess I'll find out when I wash my car somewhere else. :) Also I went to dry my car and just gave up because after all the brushing and rinsing, this is what came up on my towel. :(

Every time I've rented from this U-Haul mainly due to convenience. The process of renting on-line and picking up the truck has been fairly easy and the trucks have all been clean. Also, the low deck height and in some cases loading ramp have made the loading and unloading very easy. However, there are a few problems. After making the reservation on-line, I've gotten calls from the location wanting me to call back and check the reservation. I found that to be annoying since I've already made the reservation on-line and I didn't want to be bothered with calling in to confirm the reservation. Another problem was when I wanted furniture pads and they didn't have them. The last issue is the cost. Although they show 19.95 or 29.95 as the cost, you also have to pay for gas, protection plans (if you desire), and mileage. When it all comes out at the end it's far from those advertised costs.

When I called, her solution was for us to take the long drive there and redo the paperwork instead of just simply accepting my daughter's school ID as proof for the discount. It will be the first and last time using them for summer storage. There are plenty capable storage centers in that same area. I understood the additional charge for a half hour. They later charged me for 5 hours. With no notification, no amended invoice, no explanation. I left 3 messages with no response. It was not until I notified them that I would be contacting my credit card that I received a call back. I was told that I should read the sales agreement because they can charge my credit card if they need to - with no explanation. I signed an invoice for an amount and was charged a different one. I am currently disputing with my credit card. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
