We appreciated the response... we have been using this storage facility for over a year and it was fine until recently. i'm not sure if ownership has changed but something is clearly wrong. it is supposed to be climate controlled, but they have the heat on in 90+ degree weather. we have tried to have this situation remedied numerous times, and no one will do anything about it!!

The people are nice, and the facility is clean. However, their "corporate policies" are geared to…read moregetting as much money from you as they can. As an example, I learned the 10x15 unit I rented, that had increased from $99 per month to $150 per month very quickly was currently going for about $80. However, they "couldn't" reduce my price unless I moved into a different unit. This month i was scheduled to move on 9/30, but due to weather the movers rescheduled for 10/1. I've been charged for the entire month of October, even though the unit was cleared out by 4 pm. Look further, and choose a storage company that actually cares about the customers.

I've had critter problems nesting in there ama when they sandblasted to repaint the doors my things were covered in dust from the sandblasting. Thumbs down.
