I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1-2pm. It was initially packed when I walked in, but slowly emptied out so my brother, gf and I were able to grab seats. We ordered: BLT Ham, Egg & Cheese Chicken Sandwich 3 Cappuccinos All three classics were delicious, but I must say the BLT was noteworthy! They used toasted rye bread which was very high quality. The bagel for the ham, egg and cheese was of good quality. The chicken sandwich was pretty meaty without being overly crispy. Personally, I prefer a little more crisp, but I think in terms of a healthy crispy sandwich, it was perfect. The cappuccinos were really good and I'm excited to try out their latte next time I visit. In terms of price and quality, this has easily become one of my go to spots! Will definitely be a regular here. read more

Usually challenging to find a brunch cafe in the Bergen County area that serves quality and tasteful food but this is definitely a must! I found the space super spacious and clean. The food is definitely considered and thought out with the consideration of quality. The Lox & Egg platter is so so so gooooood and even comes with a fresh arugula salad topped with sliced avocado. I feel as if much time and effort are placed into the food that is served which is highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend stopping by for coffee and breakfast/brunch. The staff and owner are super friendly and generously kind. I feel as if these people truly care about their business and also their customers! Bacon/sausage egg and American/provolone cheese, salt pepper ketchup on a brioche bun/bagel is a classic. Here it's made with love, effort and you can taste it in every bite. My second trip to this new local spot. The cafe is clean and beautifully designed. The menu is limited but the ingredients are fresh and delicious. They offer fresh fruits for fruit slush drinks. I had the mango and green grapes slushes!! I don't think they used sweeteners. These drinks were refreshing and hit the spot for this hot summer heat... I also had the margherita pizza. First time at Snack Stop and ordered 2 cheeseburger combo for the hubs and bacon egg and cheese sandwich for myself. Didnt get to try the cheeseburger cause my hubs finished in seconds! My egg sandwich was great minus the very salty bacon. I felt the bacon needed to be cooked a little more- it was very stretchy? but other than that the bread was so soft and the cheese & egg was perfect. After the bacon I would've gave 4 stars but today, the hubs wanted to try the egg sandwich for breakfast and this time i got the turkey bacon and the hubs got ham&cheese and it was perfect! The the two guys at the Snack Stop was very friendly and the Chef looked so eager and excited to cook for us! Oh, and I had the avocado salad and I think they make the dressing? but it was very light for me. I think it would be nice if the sauce was more strong in taste- it was very bland. The workers are nice and this cafe is a great work environment. There are only 2 seat tables, so it should be no problem. They've changed their menu a few times, but always prepare quality food. They try different things and I like that, but there always needs to have some items that people can rely on to be the same. They brought the fries back and they are phenomenal! I tried their crispies chicken sandwich and it is pretty amazing. It's a bit pricier, but worth it. I hope they stick around. If they displayed local artwork like Cafe Mignon and had opening receptions that would really put them over the top, but I understand they want to keep their own designs. read more

this place is awesome. craving a bacon egg and cheese? gotchu. you like to slap some hot sauce onto that breakfast joint? double gotchu. you don't want any of that, but just a simple house made cold brew? triple gotchu. MAN are they good here. I was snooping around to check this place out, and never planned on purchasing anything. but the longer I lingered to admire the light fixtures and wall decor and the industrial finish of this place, the barista Jay greeted me. blah, too late I thought, and caved in to an iced tea. I chose African Nectar from the tea flavors they carried. man, was that tea fantastic. Jay even offered a free refill after I was done with my tea. I politely declined but the gesture enough was paramount in my decision in making sure I come back here again. this location flopped in the past a couple times with previous businesses. hard to catch when you're driving, not to mention lack of parking space. it's street parking only and you know how Leonia is what that. but they've stripped this whole place down and given it a whole new makeover. seriously, if you watch those HGTV shows where they take a crummy apartment and turn it into a million dollar looking listing, that's what this place has become. I was craving something refreshing today so I decided to stop by since it's right by my house. I got the Green Grape Slushie and my husband got the Matcha Bubble Tea - both were very good! The slushie literally just tastes like straight up grapes so it wasn't overly sweet. It didn't make me feel sick like I usually do with drinks that have tons of sugar in it. Service was super fast and the staff is very friendly. Decor is cozy and modern all at the same time. Side note - I don't know why but I appreciate places that list their prices including tax.
