This place has been on my bucket list for a while. While in the area I stopped by to check it out. I ordered a turkey burger combo and two turkey tacos. The burger was tender, flavorful, and meaty. The fries were seasoned well and hot. The tacos were very good. The Flavor on the tacos had a nice zest. The shells were flaky and soft. The service was not that great. They messed up my order and the young lady at the register did not have a good personality. She was very dry. I decided to come here and get some vegan tacos and the girl told me that it says the vegan tacos are four dollars but when she told her that my order and I hired two instead of nine dollars it came up to $13 and I asked her why and she said to make it impossible. You gotta add three dollars and I said, but it says impossible taco is four dollars and she refused to give me the price that is advertise on the menu and I was starving that day I was so hungry so today on Sunday I decided to come back and if she's here I'll walk out but she wasn't here and I got two tacos for nine dollars. I ordered 3 turkey burgers, fries, and a drink (I believe they named it the 'firecracker', it was like fruit punch & lemonade koolaid mix). Honestly the food is great but I had to take two stars off for the service. I love buying black being a black owned business owner myself but babyyyyy one thing we can count on is lack of customer service. The girls taking orders are never friendly. Super young so they probably dont want to be there anyway. They don't greet customers and always seem annoyed like chileeee take these orders and at least pretend you're happy. I'll give them my $6 on a Tuesday for my 3 tacos every now and then but that's about it. Please do better in the front because businesses in this particular area never last long. read more

My eyes had to try the beef taco, pastrami taco, and fries. Since there are no combos, you buy each item separate. The host was nice and provided good service. The area was quiet but had room if you wanted to sit in and eat. The beef taco, hard shell, is small. It came in a box and was a few bites before it crumbled. I think they were the premade hard shell tacos. The pastrami taco... Grease galore. I opened it up and grease, cheese, taco meat, and warm pastrami all in there. I had to lay it out on the bag and sit it on top. This taco can not be eaten with your hand. It is so slippery! The Fries were good, though. I paid $12 bucks for all of this, and although the flavors showed up; the size, grease factor, and the crumbled taco shell made me second guess the value. read more

I love supporting black businesses but I won't be no fool! The food is pretty cool but the customer service is trash. The young lady in the front is not good for business in my opinion based on my experience. I was never greeted not once. The young lady stared at me for about three minutes after holding a conversation with her peers. She had the nerve to say, ,Are you ready yet?!. I assumed she was communicating with the other young lady about an order but that was not the case. Of course I replied, are you ready!? I should have turned around and walked out but I had already ordered food for my family. I was sure to let my family know that I won't be going back to patronize this business with my hard earned money. , I feel like it is very important to teach these children manners and business etiquette. Saw LATryGuy's post on IG and decided to try Snack Shack since we live close to it and I love burgers and tacos. So far on the way back home we're disappointed with the fries. #1 The floor was dirty and it was freezing cold inside so we ordered to go. #2 I specially asked for fresh hot fries and it's my fault that I didn't check before I walked out but what I got was soggy warm fries that will have to put in the air fryer. Fries definitely had to go into the air fryer once we got home in order for me to eat them. #3 I asked for no raw onions on 1 of the 2 turkey tacos I ordered me and I heard the guy tell the cook as soon as I asked but neither taco has onions on it. The taco doesn't look anything like the pic (with that lil invisible sprinkle of cheese) which made me get it in the first place. The paper was greasy but the ground turkey tasted good after heating it up in the air fryer and the tomatoes and lettuce was fresh. The burgers saved the day (even though they weren't hot and I know it was made to order and we live less than 10 minutes away) and that made me give an extra star. Hubby got a Double smash turkey and I got a single smash beef with egg. Meat and fried egg was well seasoned and tasty. I liked the way it was wrapped so the burger didn't fall apart. At least the burgers were exactly what we ordered and they're on point with seasoning the meats we tried and having fresh tomatoes and green leaf lettuce. I doubt I'll go out of my way to go back to try the $2 tacos on Tuesday or the chili fries, pastrami burger or fries, but if I happen to get hungry and I'm over that way, and if I see a parking space empty in the little lot, I would definitely try a few of their tacos and stay there to eat. I think the IG pics and folk's posts grubbing had my expectations a little too high, plus the dirty floor and my sorry lil fries didn't help with my first impressions, but once I go back and try those tacos and see clean floors my opinion will be changed. read more

The fries are horrible. Overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. A mound of ketchup didn't help. My double smashed burger was chewy and too much special sauce/goo.
