SN offers a cash only first time client sale price of $73 dollars so I gave them a try. Made an appt very easy, the price was affordable and I was impressed with the work that day. I have typical stubborn lashes that point straight down. No eyelash curler or mascara could do anything to keep them from pointing back down within minutes until I got a lash lift. After checking in at the front, their lash area is towards the back where there are about 5 beds to lay down on. The process itself is generally quiet and relaxing thought it varies from visit to visit (sometimes there's more conversation or other customers don't silent their phones, other times it's extremely quiet and people fall asleep). They don't provide much aftercare information so I've generally relied on the internet for that. All in all I'm pretty pleased and have gone back several times. Had the best first real lash experience. I've gone to a discount lash tech years ago, thought all lashes were painful, uncomfortable and then never went back. After a few good lash lifts here, thought I'd try the light 60 piece set, plus there's a great deal on cash payment. I can't believe these are lash extensions, they look real and feels like they're not there. Went with very modest length and curl, the receptionist recommended that I go longer and I think they were right. Will def listen next time! I went in for a redo and they did two nails with another black. I said it did not match and they would not go over the others w thr new color w It is darker. It is actually black. I'm so upset I can barely deal with going back to have this mess corrected. Finally getting around to doing this review! My visits to this lash and nail salon didn't disappoint. The salon is clean and observes COVID protocols. When anxiety is high because of COVID, it can be hard to comfortably go to a salon. I was well overdue for a "pamper me" day. After reading reviews for this place (and passing it a few times during walks around Tribeca) I decided to walk in. Since my first visit in October, I've had the following services: lashes permed, brows tinted, regular mani- pedi with massage, and a gel mani-pedi. Never disappointed! Five stars all around - price, service, overall experience. Was already going to give this place five stars just based on the mani pedi itself, but now also for integrity! I left my bose headphones here last Thursday (Tuesday now of following week). I was at a wedding so out of town all weekend and only realized I may have lost them when I finally got back to town and they weren't in my apt either. As a last ditch effort, I called this salon just now (got my mani pedi here for the wedding), hoping somehow they may have it... they just told me 1) they still have it and 2) I can drop by whenever to pick it up. So thankful for good people! Someone could have just as easily taken it home for themselves and I would have never been the wiser. In terms of the mani pedi - it's been a couple days and my nails are still basically perfect / no chips. They did a fantastic job. Both mani and pedi were bright red too and the technician (micky) applied the color perfectly. She was diligent in general, and also really gentle. I should mention that I was also clumsy and wiped some of the color off my big toe when getting off the pedicure chair to go dry the nail polish - and she swiftly reapplied again without complaint or frustration. I was the last client left and they had already closed for the night...yet that didn't affect her work or effort. I was in no way rushed/pushed to finish quickly. And to top it all off- it cost me roughly $40 roughly before tip/tax. Getting all my future mani pedis from this place. read more

Update: This review is for the micro blading service. I have thin, spare brows that need lots of attention. Before micro blading was a thing, I used to draw eyebrows on every day. Since I discovered this service, I've done a micro blading a few times. Some have great results while some of them not so great, but I think this time is actually one of the best experiences I've had. Sunny really took her time to listen to me and design my eyebrows to the perfect shape. Her technique is very advanced from the other artists I've worked with. Instead of drawing strokes, she used dot techniques to make the blading less invasive. The process was super comfortable and smooth. One thing I was surprisingly pleased is that my awkward recovery stage was almost non existent! Usually it would take me a whole month for my eyebrows to heal and show it's true color, but this time it really just took 10 days!! You will see some flakes of your skin peeling off during the recovery stages, but nothing super awkward. The last photo was taken 7 days after the procedure, and you can tell my right eyebrow was still healing. The process was really quick though, within a few days, all healing was be done and i was be able to go outside with my new brows! read more

I came here twice for lash extensions. First time I came, the tech was good but didn't see any proper hygiene being done. The lashes lasted awhile too. The second time around, I had an awful experience with a different tech... she pulled my lashes during the process a few times. I also left the place feeling discomfort every time I blink and told her so before leaving, and she proceeds to remove some of my lashes (which was quite painful bc she ended up pulling my skin). After I come home and look more closely, some of my real lashes are stuck to the other lashes with extensions. And some of the extensions are just hanging off at the end. Her application was very lazy and she didn't take the proper time to dry my lashes. She also kept coughing all over my face and I have not seen her sanitize hands before touching my lashes. The technician was Micky and was very professional, and she helped me picked the color combination. I really like the design and its perfect for Valentine's Day! So disappointed I could cry and bad customer service. I went to get eyelash extensions for my sisters wedding and asked for a natural look. The lashes were way too long, to the point where they looked ridiculous and clown like. I went back the next day and voiced my concern and had them removed. They said removal would be free if I got a new set for another $94... In total I paid $94 (eyelash extensions), $26 (tip) and a $25 removal fee... I am really upset to have wasted all this money, never be offered a partial refund or an apology. Save your time and go somewhere else. This place robs you and doesn't care about your satisfaction, just the money they make off of you. read more
