Please note that the Groupon deal is only for first time customers. Making an appointment was pretty easy; I just texted them the date & time I wanted, gave them the Groupon code, and confirmed a few details with them. You can also schedule the appointment on their website. They did tell me there would be a $10 fee for lash supplies which I found very strange. If I'm getting this through Groupon, I don't think it's fair to pay something additional aside from tip. Anyway, once I checked in and aligned on the lash design I wanted, my lash technician began right away. The space is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The whole process took about 1 hour & 15 minutes; slightly longer than other lash spots I've been to but it seemed that she was very attentive to detail of my lashes. I love how they turned out and hopefully they last for a few weeks! All in, I paid about half of what normal price would be which is a good deal. For reference, my normal lashes are a size 12 so the mixture allowed it to be natural enough, while also voluminous. The set done on me is beautiful! My only concern is that the lashes on one eye mostly fell off prior to the 2 week mark, while the other eye had barely shed. It looked uneven. It's also uncommon for there to be loss to this extent in just 2 weeks, as I hadn't done any strenuous activities or such. I'm not sure what caused that and it's disappointing. I had "gorgeous" lashes applied for my wedding 4 weeks ago yesterday. I have to admit--I was little…read morenervous, never having done this before. It seemed a little extreme, but my make up artist recommended it, and so I went with it. I felt calmed immediately. The space is bright and impeccably clean. You lay down on a little bed, putting your shoes and purse neatly in the bin, and gentle music plays. The technician who applied my lashes was so obviously skilled at this task (sort of imperative when someone has glue and tweezers that near your eyes) that I could barely even feel the application. In fact, I fell asleep twice during the procedure. The lashes hold up well over time, especially if you use a blowdryer on cold when you get out of the shower and use the little brush they give you. Try and sleep on your back, not your sides. I'm 4 weeks out and I still have about 1/3 on my left eye and 1/2 on my right eye. Gotta be honest, it's looking a little weird as the lashes that have the extensions grow out to be suuuuuuuuuper long and my new eyelashes grow in as little short babies. I probably should spring for having them removed. I am still getting compliments on them, despite their weirdness, 4 weeks out. My only tip would be that if you've never done this before, do your research and stand your ground, because they will try to upsell you a little if you've never been before. I went 3 days before my wedding, which was totally fine. When I called to book over the phone, the woman tried to get me to book two appointments: coming two weeks before, and then a few days before for a refill. Just book the one appointment and know exactly how many lashes you want by reviewing the info on their website. They will obviously try and sell you the max number. All in all, I got 70/70 for $140. You can probably have them done cheaper elsewhere, but this place is totally professional. Why am I the luckiest? Because I was a model to practice on, Hey, its totally free of charge so I said yes. I did not expect anything great. It was my first time doing eyelashes ever. My eyelashes thickness or length never was a point of concern to me. I was simply trying to help out a girl ( May) to get more practice. If anything did not look good I would worry much, but My God I am different person now!! Even my BF who has meticulous eye for details noticed it was very well done and only said : "I hope they last long" Look AMAZING ,very natural and soft to the touch. Salon use silk. Clean towels covers the bed to lie on. They place baskets right in front of your bed to put your shoes in and purse. Very convenient. Good job, May! Everything even. I got first time 80 lashes and on my second time she took everything off and added even more (about 100 total) to compensate the fact that I have more lashes on one eye. She took time to explain what she will do and gave me some recommendations. It took me 2 hours but she was very gently so I fall asleep. I tip her twice and she was so cute to reject saying I am a model. i had to insist. I like my look so much that tipping her was the only way to show my appreciation. I only wish my natural eyelashes won't grow so fast so I don't have to retouch often. [So girls and guys!If you have extra $$ to spend don't hesitate to go.
