My go-to for lashes!! I initially found them on Groupon and got hooked! My girl Ci Ci is amazing!! Quick yet efficient. I get exactly what I ask for, natural looking lashes. My lashes last long, enough to say that at the two week touch up I feel like I don't even need it! The space itself is not pretty big but they're very hygienic and play soothing music (I've fallen asleep a couple of times) while getting the lashes done. I decided to go back to getting eyelash extensions after two years. Found this on GroupOn and was a bit on the fence after the reviews here. However, it was 1000% worth it and I'll be back. Honestly, I only got them a week ago and put these lashes through it all - literally a hurricane with no umbrella. I went dancing, rock-climbing, hiking, etc. all within the first 24 hours which we all know is a big no-no. She must have put magic in the lash glue because only a few fell off! I've been to many lash technicians, I don't even know her name, but hands as light as a feather! She did my lashes in literally, I KID YOU NOT, 45 minutes. 45 Minutes and they stayed on all day, all night, until the cows came home. I am going back for a retouch already though because one of the key lashes fell (which I was playing with fire to do all those activities with them and not expect the one that makes the lashes look natural to not fall), but I am so excited for it. Take my money, thanks for the great lashes. I hope to know the name of the woman for the next time I go because if she's the bar - it was set incredibly high! I decided to buy a Groupon for the Hybrid Mink Set and I am really disappointed at the outcome and the service. I had an appointment for 3PM and had to wait around 20 mins for my session. The lash technician ended up getting glue into my eyes at a minimum of 3 times per each eye during our 85 minute session which caused my eyes to water profusely. After the session was over, the technician immediately gave me the mirror and left the seat and I couldn't even ask for adjustments. I really do not love the end result and these are supposed to be my birthday lashes, but I guess that's my fault taking a gamble on a new spot! I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a full set of 90 mink lashes. They have a policy for credit card users to pay an additional 10% tax on original price upon arrival. I had to pay an additional 10$ on top of my $30 voucher which I found to be a bit unfair given I had to pay 30% of my voucher price for "taxes". I wanted the natural mink lashes because they were the softest for an additional $15. They recommend to pay 20% of original price for tip. It's not mandatory. I gave 20% anyways because the procedure took about 1.2-1.5 hours. They were very attentive and careful. I think my technician changed throughout my procedure because they were understaffed that day and she had to go back and forth from the front desk to my lashes. Regardless it was a painless procedure and I took a fat nap. I got the gorgeous (that's the name) , 14mm (length), c curl, and natural mink for reference. I liked the result. For aftercare, the technicians told me to not wet the lashes for 24 hours and provided me with a mascara brush to cleanse and fluff up my lashes which I thought was sweet. About a week later, I now feel like my lashes are starting to bother me. I definitely notice its presence more on my lashes and can't help but feel like I have eye gunk stuck in them. I've cleansed my eyelash extensions multiple times a week with a very gentle cleanser and warm water because I'm afraid of developing infections. Overall the experience was good, results were satisfying , and the technicians were knowledgeable and nice. read more

They were extremely nice and the establishment was clean and relaxing, but I didn't feel like the result of my lash extensions was full enough when they were done. I have been going to this lash place for years, have brought many referrals to this place and paid promptly and fully every time ive been serviced, always tipping as much as i can. The last time i went i asked for one single individual lash on my each bottom Lashes, normally i do a full top lash set, 90 pieces for 100$, but for some reason for the individual lash piece they wanted to charge me 10$ per single lash! When I inquired about why, (since the math was not mathing) they said never mind and waved the fee. I thought that was weird but i left and didnt think anything of it until i got a very shocking text basically dismissing me as a client. There was no explanation given and I honestly feel like they have little to no customer loyalty especially after ive been a client for years. This place is fine, quality-wise but their culture of upselling, quoting one price on the phone and another in person, even their groupon (which is what brought me in) was not true. You get there and they're like "it's 10 dollars more, paid in cash"- and having printed materials with prices that they also just add to when telling you the price of the service at the counter, is so annoying and after two visits I won't go back. I am not sure what glue they use. It was burning my left eye the whole time the lashes were being applied and I let the nail tech know and she applied the fan. The burn went away after the whole application however the discomfort did not. I heard another person next to me ask "my eyes are burning, is that normal?". I got lashes before and my eyes never burned or had discomfort. I am on my third day and my eyes still feel a little discomfort. I will not be going back to this place.
