Everything was fresh and delicious, portion sizes were incredible, service was great, pretty plating, and scenery was beautiful. Perfect restaurant to get dressed up for. Make sure to take pictures outside with the views of the sailboats! Below are the reviews per dish:
Tuna Tartare Tacos, 10/10
The BEST dish; Super fresh tuna and generous with the filling. Also loved the thin, crispy shell. This could have been my meal tbh. I will be back specifically for this dish.
Clam Chowder, 6/10
I eat a lot of clam chowder in the New England area and this one was good but not great. A bit too thick for my liking and the clams were kinda chewy. Could've done without this but it was still not terrible. Probably wouldn't order again tho.
Luscious Lump Hot Crab Dip, $22, 8/10
Big portion and easily split between 4 people. Very creamy and flavorful. I think it needed to incorporate some sort of veggie to balance out the richness, like chopped fresh scallions. We got served two types of bread with this and the garlic bread that was given to us was sooooo delicious.
Sea Bass Crudo, $24, 9/10
This was so fresh and citrusy. Seasoned very well. Would definitely order again.
Below are my friends' reviews, which note I did not try everyone's food:
Montauk Tuna, $48, 8/10
Sauce was good
Overcooked tuna but still good.
Rice was very good
Would get again
Grilled Striped Bass, $42, 9/10
Very acidic in a good way. The radishes were very fresh and crunchy and amazing.
The Flat Iron Prime, $49, 8.3/10
Liked the steak
Fries were good but they had a little kick which was unexpected.
My friends also got two drinks- one was the Island breeze which was easy to drink couldn't taste alcohol, and another one had a mojito which was too sweet but very strong. read more
