I hate to make this post because I empathesize with the employee who had no help and had to struggle to get orders complete with the drive through full, online orders and a few of us waiting inside. But the smoothie I received was so far below disappointing and that responsibility falls on management for poor scheduling and failing to ensure employees have the proper back up. This location has declined over the last 2-3 years that I've lived in gleannloch. My smoothie wasn't even blended enough for me to drink through the straw. This is one of the most disgusting smoothies I've ever had, strawberry chunks and chunks of protein got stuck in the straw. read more

I have to agree with the previous comments. My order did take an extraordinarily long time. Thank goodness there was no one in the drive through ahead of me. I wasn't in a big hurry so that was a plus. The biggest issue were the large chunks of ice that were in the bottom of my smoothie! This was a first for me at any Smoothie King. Smoothie kings have a standard footprint. Consistent offering. And same standards around. So I like this place and the manager, Paul (great name). What I'm not so fond of it the way to access the drive through. It's difficult and if you're not careful you'll scrape your rims. Is that the owners or managers fault? Nah. My smoothies do take a little longer here, but that fine. I feel that some of the faster locations ones taste off once in a while. I'd rather they take their time and do it right the first time. 5 stars on taste but how much is it worth? 25 min maybe more I'm still waiting I understand this can happen but it's daily. Only 1 employee for the drive thru and the walk ins. They messed up my whole order literally I ordered a açaí pita smoothie bowl with blueberries and banana chips and when the delivery guy showed up the blueberry's was not in the bowl the bowl itself was just ice cubes in the smoothie not even crushed and there was no banana chips and there was literally one guy working in the store horrible management read more

I love smoothie king but this particular location seems to be operating poorly. The business hours display closing time to be at 9:00 pm but several times the lights are completely off & told by the employees that they are closed . It's if as the employees decide they no longer want to service customers and close at their own timing . This is very frustrating and I now visit the location off Spring Cypress Rd , which is further away but guaranteed to be open during normal business hours . read more

The smoothie that I tried here was beyond disgusting but my boyfriend liked his. I tried getting a partial refund for the drink here but they don't do refunds at all. It's $17 for just 2 smoothies so I didn't want to throw money out the window for nothing. I will not be coming back here since they refuse to refund one gross moothie. read more

Worst Smoothie King around. Service is incredibly slow. Even when there's no line, it still takes about five minutes to receive a half-melted smoothie. I know it's a new store, but I've been to this location a few times and it's always a disappointment. unsure of why this store has some bad ratings as of late. The last couple months, the staff has been wonderful, especially the morning and day staff. They are friendly, polite, enthusiastic, and seem to like their jobs. always giving recommendations, I rarely have to wait more than a few mins unless they are super busy then that's understandable. Savana is so friendly she makes me want to come back just to talk to her. This location is SO SLOOOOOW. I've sat for 20+ minutes for just a smoothie when it wasn't even busy, there was literally ONE person in front of me. I like to stop here before work sometimes, but Jesus Christ they take so long and move so slow and aren't even friendly about it, so it makes for a bad day to even stop here.
