I'm so blessed to have found one so close to where I live now! Their birthday cake, strawberry daiquiri, tiger blood, strawberry, (are clearly my favorite) but of course you have so many you can choose from! Don't forget you have to get the "Bahama Rama, mama" and add that little bit of ice cream kick to your snow cone!!! Most of the times I've been has only been girls serving and they've always been very upbeat and really nice, and there's always some kind of fun music playing so you always feel welcome!

I thought maybe it was my taste buds so I had my daughter taste it and she said it was bad. Maybe the coconut flavor had gone bad or the girl didn't know how to make it. I threw both of them away. My daughter's Dreamsicle was great. It's. The server said it's different every day. Well maybe it should be named "Coconut Surprise" if you don't know what to expect each time. I would like an option with the açai bowls for adding protein. I know that the bases are scooped from the premade bins that they come in, but maybe there could be a way to incorporate a protein mixture with almond butter or something to that effect to add more protein as a topping, considering there is none in these bases The employee working was very friendly and nice. She was helpful and fun to talk to. Casual and tropical ambience always a cool place to stop and hang and eat a relatively healthy dessert lol

I…read moreordered a custom bowl with the Blue Majic base and topped it with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, granola, and coconut. Everything tasted super fresh, and the flavors worked really well together. The Blue Majic base was smooth and refreshing definitely something I'd get again. The staff was friendly, and the manager stood out in particular super helpful and clearly knew the menu well. She took the time to walk us through some of the base and topping options, which made the process easy, especially for a first-timer. The restaurant itself was bright and very clean, which I appreciated. The only downside was there was a bit of a weird smell nothing overpowering, but noticeable enough to mention. It didn't ruin the experience, just something that took away from the otherwise fresh vibe. All in all, it's a solid spot for a healthy treat. Not quite a 5-star visit this time, but I'd definitely come back to try more combinations.

Very disappointing experience at the Rockwall playa bowl location…read more I have visited at least 10 different Playa bowl locations and have always received consistent portions and quality. At this location, the fruit cup was significantly smaller than what I've received elsewhere--essentially a small cup of strawberries with very little Nutella for nearly $6. When we politely showed the manager, Kaylyn, photos of fruit cups from other locations, she dismissed our concerns and simply said, "We do it different here." When we questioned why this location was so different from every other Playa bowl we've visited, she rudely told us she would give us a larger cup to pour the strawberries into ourselves, but she would not remake it. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she laughed and exchanged looks with her coworkers while we were expressing our concerns, all in front of a new employee who appeared to be in training. She also rolled her eyes during the interaction. As someone in a management position, I found that behavior completely unprofessional. The owner came over and explained that this location does things differently, but no solution was offered. We also noticed the coffee tasted different from other Pliable locations and observed different ingredients being used than what we were told. The biggest disappointment was not the product itself, but the poor customer service and lack of professionalism when handling a reasonable customer concern. This is the first Playa bowl location I've visited that I would not return to. I've attached photos to show the different fruit cups I had ordered at a Tennessee location vs the rockwall location. Kaylin was dismissive, unprofessional, and just plain rude. This young lady could clearly use some more management/ customer service training

On top of that my order for just those 2 items was nearly $20 which is ridiculous. As if that wasn't enough I tried to knock in the window to ask for a refund and was not attended to and had to go inside and was met with a younger lady who was extremely passive aggressive with both me and my girlfriend. Why these 2 establishments are trying to function under the same roof I have no clue especially with little staff. This same restaurant closed for 6 months because of this same issue and it's great to see nothings changed.

My friend and I left to go use the drive thru instead, and it was the same as inside. We order just two smoothies and a cup of pretzel pepperoni nuggets. We have to repeat our order three times through the intercom, then once we get to the window he has us repeat it and pay, and finally when he gives us one smoothie he's completely forgotten the other two items, so we need to ask again. To get two smoothies and some pretzel nuggets it takes nearly an hour of trying to order and waiting. One of our smoothies is half melted, the other tasted very odd, but the pretzel bites are the only reason they got two stars instead of one. The management of the place was completely off I guess. All in all, I won't be visiting again anytime soon.
