Took it back to the store and they said the disposable in the box wasn't even the same product and refused to swap it out or refund me. I spent over $100 here a couple of days ago, and when I tried to return a pen that wasn't turning on, the staff initially refused, claiming I had used more than half--which was obviously untrue. After admitting it was barely used, she then said the return was denied because it wasn't brought back within 1-2 days of purchase. I had to argue just to get a small discount on a new one. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews--probably fake or given in exchange for a discount. The shop is unbelievably stingy, and I've even seen other reviews complaining about them selling fake products. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The store is consistently clean, neat, organized, and well-stocked, and it's obvious that the employees take pride in keeping the store looking great.
