Took it back to the store and they said the disposable in the box wasn't even the same product and refused to swap it out or refund me. They had to get it out of a locked box when I purchased it, so the only explanation is their employees are swapping out the real product with broken knock offs and then GASLIGHTING customers when they realize their product doesn't work.
