I contacted the shop over a week ago and tried to speak to a manager who wouldn't speak to me and still hasn't even called me back in regards to the matter, contacted BBB and opened a case, and also reported them to the FDA. As a retail manager myself, I actually do understand return policies and sympathize with the employees at this shop because its honestly not their faults in any way that this happened. What I dont understand is the lack of concern from the manager and no communication whatsoever on this whole matter. Its extremely upsetting and disappointing, which is why I don't recommend buying products from this shop until they find a new trustworthy distributor to buy from. Be safe!
