WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Super dehydrated stopped by at 143 to get smoothie. I pulled in driver thru (which had NO LINE) and was told to hold on. Getting frustrated after 5mins of me waiting i just pulled around to window and saw "Kayla"the manager; not only not taking orders, but digging in the tip jar. She opened the window and i asked what was taking so long and that I'd been waiting for 5 minutes. She was rude snappy and inconsiderate! I asked to speak with manager she said she was the manager i asked how to make a complaint she said to use my receipt! A receipt she didn't ever give me! Inconsistency from all smoothie kings in my area. Including this one. Sometimes too thick sometimes too water, too sweet, lack of flavor etc. This time they blended mine, and one of the employees said "you made it too thick" to the other employee, added more water and blended it again. Still came out too thick. I could feel the powder in my mouth. Not to mention water made it watery and not the usually milky smooth. My fault for keeping shopping at smoothie King, not only this location. ALL OF THEM. read more

This is always my favorite spot when I need a post workout recovery snack‼ I'm always excited when I'm in a town & I see smoothie king . Has always been my faithful go to spot. You always know what you're getting. I also like the new concept stores, with an area for sitting, just in case you want to relax while you enjoy your smoothie. This location is as good as all other locations. I got my usual strawberry hulk with some peanut butter added. Give this a try‼ I mean there's butter pecan ice cream in your smoothie. read more

Definitely a zero! On-line app users beware!!!!! After placing and paying for order on-line, my daughter was told upon arrival to pick-up that they were out of ingredients for the smoothie bowl. They gave a cash refund for one smoothie bowl when I paid for two. The other location has done the same thing and didn't offer a refund. My daughter asked for one and they told her they were unable to provide a refund for on-line purchases. So basically they steal your money and provide no product. So I'm not sure if all Smoothie Kings are thieves or just these two franchises. SO DON'T PLACE ORDERS ON-LINE!!!!!! read more

if i could leave 0 stars i would. after i handed the lady my card and got my smoothie, i realized half way down the road that the lid was put on wrong and the whole top of the styrofoam was broken off. resulting in there being beads of styrofoam ALL in my car and in my smoothie. so i, unknowingly, drank my smoothie thinking it was safe. this isn't something that would go unnoticed by a worker. i'm sure they knew that the cup was broken, but was too lazy to get a new cup. i am extremely disappointed. read more

Waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes (I timed it because I've had other slow experiences at this location). There was only ONE car in front of me!! And they only ordered two smoothies themselves. The way this building is designed won't allow you to pull out of line which is horrible customer service and makes you feel claustrophobic. We had to wait almost half an hour for the car before us to get their two little smoothies and then we just drove right past the window. They didn't deserve my money and I didn't trust the food anymore. If it takes 30 minutes to make two smoothies I can only imagine how clean and organized it actually is inside. 30 min wasted with no smoothie. HORRIBLE location. read more

I have been to countless of different location smoothie kings and always gotten the same smoothie in a kids size. i never finish the smalls so the kids size is perfect for me. i get to the window and place my order and the employee states "we can't make that in a kid size" mind you i had just been to this location a few days before and gotten the kids size. so i reluctantly agree to get the small. then we proceed to the window and they say we never ordered that smoothie in the first place. we ended up just leaving. no apology for the mix up. i never even got the smoothie that i ordered. this place is a hot mess read more

Supervisor was extremely disrespectful to me at a drive through. I was a diligent customer who spent money here well beyond just smoothies but I finally found my favorite smoothie that I ordered just to my liking. I went to order this same exact smoothie and I'm scolded at and told I cannot supplement the way protein for prebiotic ( this I had been doing routine pretty much every morning ; not for cost purposes but simply bc I cannot have whey protein) I did not mind paying the extra funds however as I tried to inform the guy at the window that I had been doing this on a regular and never paid that price he scolded me and was extremely disrespectful and nasty . A simple apology would have done for the misunderstanding as I'm aware it seemed his employees were young. I was still going to pay I just didn't want the protein in it however he didn't even try to apologize he was rude and showed no customer loyalty service whatsoever.
