Service was "meh" and the smoothies were not great. We got 4 different drinks and we all tried each other's to see if anyone wanted to switch. We ended up throwing them away. We won't be back. read more

How does this locations smoothie king have the kindest, most genuine workers? Every time I come here, the employees seem happy to be there. That is so hard to come by these days. They must have amazing training and / or managers! And of course the smoothies are delicious and always consistent. Love you smoothie king read more

Looks like a baby pooped in my cup. At my normal location my smoothie is creamy and DELICIOUS. This taste like I'm drinking protein powder I can't taste anything else. So nasty. I went home and tried to make it taste better (failed) and then walked around with spinach in my teeth in front of all my coworkers bc it wasn't blended well. This is not even to mention the lady at the window she didn't talk to me at all and shut the window when I said thank you. My friends smoothie was also liquid. What da helly read more

I usually went to this place and they got my order right. But recently everything's been tasting like chalk and nasty protein powder whenever I don't even order protein powder smoothies..? read more

I ordered 2 bacon ranch sandwiches. Neither sandwich had any bacon and one had no ranch dressing. Judging from the reviews this restaurant has a management problem, requardless of how nice the workers are. read more

Great drive up window service a little pricey but you pay for convenience when you are in a hurry

Love Smoothie King, I'm a frequent flyer at my home location in South Carolina weekly. This location in Jacksonville FL totally messed this up...smoothies have a thicker consistency, my Carribean Way smoothie had a watery taste. Very disappointed, I had to put in freezer to get the texture desired. Wasted time and money. Spent approx $7.50 for a 32oz I will not visit this location again. Staff needs training, horrible, unprofessional. read more

Absolutely ridiculous in order online way ahead and then it says completed and then I show up and they tell Me to pull around after waiting so long in line. While I'm at work which is why I put in the online order so I'm not wasting time. Then the ladies telling me they are really busy that's why they couldn't make my smoothies and continued helping other people in the drive-through instead of my order that they marked completed 15 minutes prior. Then she starts making my order asking me questions about what the order was. Just very unorganized if it takes you 45 minutes to make a smoothie that's fine but don't mark it as complete read more

love all the employees and come here regularly but this morning I was met with a rude cashier dark curly hair. I asked for her help with ordering egg breakfast and she was dismissive and rude. I'm offended enough to write this review. read more

The fact the owner of this franchises location decided to have one person working by themselves regardless if it's a Sunday is unacceptable. I've been standing at the pickup window for now almost 30 minutes and she has barely even acknowledged me because her drive thru line is 8 cars long and again, she's working alone. After the continued wait another employee showed up. The girl working alone also mentioned to the other employee who magically showed up early for her shift, I just so happened to hear through the window that this has been the girls worst Sunday of her life as she's been alone here for 8 hours and it's been nonstop busy. This isn't acceptable by any stretch of the imagination. Not to mention the girl made my smoothie bowl without gloves on which is common practice in the food industry. 0 damn stars. Do better and stop hurting your employees as well as your customers. read more

Smoothie King - Poorly blended non-smooth smoothie. Chunks of carrots, spinach, protein powder. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Jacksonville Beach, Florida

I had a friend pick up order from your location, the store associate was told during the ordering process she had two orders. Your associate did not listen and charged both orders to my credit card and then refused to refund and to add insult to injury she stated why don't you just have your friend cash app the money Excuse me! "Rude" I also have a food allergy and I was to supposed to get the angel food smoothie but what I got wasn't that I AM ALERGIC TO PAPAYA - My drink should have been pink instead it was purple-brownish and the fear of having to stab myself with an Eppy-pin I had to toss my drink in the trash. "TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY" WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I will never be back and will recommend all my family and friends stay away from this place. read more

I came to the new 3rd street location smoothie king when it first opened a few months back. They had some of the best customer service which made me want to go back. I just went and got a smoothie and the guy taking my order was so unpleasant. No customer service and sounded like he hated his job. Def killed the vibe but the smoothie was still good read more

First and last time visiting this location. What a hot mess. The teenage girls working there were screaming like children. It sounded like a daycare in there, and that's probably why they handed me (and charged me for!) someone else's order. Someone should tell them that we can hear everything they say... even with the window closed. read more

Pulled up to Smoothie King on Saturday afternoon to a note on the drive thru that says, "We all quit". Three teen girls laughing and refusing to serve customers. We are frequent customers and will never take the 15 min drive to get there again. Update; tried again after rebuild. Same issues. Waited over 30 minutes with no smoothies and teenagers that didn't know how to give a refund. This place is horrible. read more

Drove all the way here just for them to be out of fresh produce I will never come here again ! Trash! Waste of my time and money !

I had to order my smoothie 3 times. Ordered my mothers first and then i ordered mine. Thought it was going to be easy breezy. But nope.. they employee at the drive through asked what did you want again 4 times and i said it clear everytime without getting mad. Then i finished and she said so i got a small blah blah blah and thats it correct. WRONG, there is two smoothies a large chocolate hulk w peanut butter. So she said the order back and it was right. When i got up to the window the guy handed me my moms drink and then he said have a good day! By this point i was pissed. I knocked on the drive thru window the guy came back kind of angrily and said DONT POUND ON THE GLASS we got your smoothie get out. Fyi i was knocking not wven pounding. I explained to him that i had one more smoothie that i ordered that i didnt get and he said in a snotty way : What was it? I told him he grabbed it at chucked it at me. The inside of my car and myself was covered in smoothie. He didnt say thank you come again. He was not professional. Dont go here. read more

Good smoothies, terrible staff. There's a dude up there who's pretty consistent, you're lucky if you get him. If you get one of the college age girls that think they're too cool to care about work, you're in for a randomized smoothie, because they never make any two the same. Nobody likes working, but you're paid to put on a customer service friendly facade. Go to a different smoothie king to get a better experience and a better smoothie from a better staff. read more

The girl inside was sooo sweet and patient. I got the peach plus and I regret only getting the medium. It was so good! I love that this location is a drive through, while it is easy enough to just go inside sometimes you just want a quick pick me up on your way home cannot wait to come again. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Jacksonville Beach, Florida

I get the kids Lil' Angel but I add carrot, kiwi and spinach. Fairly nutritious for my kids. Pretty tasty.

I love smoothie king. I always get the same thing. I have never been to this one but went by because we went to the beach. The girls that took our order were grumpy from the start. A $10 smoothie is a lot as is but when I went to pull away it tasted like water. It was gross. So I backed up and went back to the window and said I was sorry but asked them to please remake it. They said it was my fault basically bc of how I ordered it..... I've ordered this smoothie hundreds of times. So they made it again and it was same way. I won't go back there and I'm extremely disappointed with smoothie king. read more

When I order a medium smoothie and you make a small smoothie by "mistake", I expect you to remake a medium smoothie with the medium amount of ingredients. Not add ice to the small and put it in a medium cup. Will not be returning to this location. A customer should get what he/she has paid for. read more

Smoothie King - Ordered a medium. They gave me a small. I told them it was supposed to be medium so they poured the small in a medium cup. Won't return - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Jacksonville Beach, Florida

I remember when this Smoothie King used to be The Trolley Ice Cream truck. The convenience of this one is what makes it a winner. Pull up, find your smoothie for the day and get on your way. The menu is big enough print to easily read from your car. The service is quick & friendly and the smoothies fill you up just like you want them to do. read more

Super nice staff and the smoothies are tasty!! $5 Fridays are my jam!!

The smooth I was good as always. Staff was ok. But I love their smoothies they're always so good! But prefer the one near my home.

I've always been a fan of Smoothie King, ever since my days of working those long retail hours at the St Johns Town Center. At first, my go to was a chocolate peanut butter concoction that my lovely associate made for me, but as of now ladies and gents, robots and wizards, THE HULK is my number one recommendation if you're in a "savory" sweet mood, and I usually pick the strawberry flavor. Mmmm Mmmm, what a great treat to hold you over till lunch or dinner... who am I kidding, you really don't need an excuse to treat yourself to a smoothie from this place. Love the location of this Smoothie King. They make amazing smoothies and I had very friendly service. What upset me a bit is that they didn't honor a fully stamped "Frequent Buyer Card" redeemable for a free 20 OZ. I understand transferring everything to digital, but to not honor something that a customer has had to frequently return to your store to redeem- was surprising. read more

Nice drive through Smoothie King at the beach. I always order the angel food.

Ordered a medium on "$5 Friday" received a small for $6. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, Thanks Sofia. Waste of time and money. WAS a loyal customer, I don't I'll return. (She didn't have a problem giving the homeless man out front free mediums and larges, so much so it took extra long to receive my order, which was wrong) read more
