I was going to suck it up and submit the issue through the app. Directly from order in app, I select "Something wrong?" to give my feedback. A page or so in it asks for rewards #, even though I'm replying directly to my order, so I back out, grab #, start again. Get a couple pages further, it wants my order #. I wasn't going to restart again, so I pushed through and typed out my comments. Went to submit, app froze (yes, it's up-to-date). They obviously don't want the feedback, and they figure most people aren't going to drive all the way back to the store. Me though? No meetings until 10, I've got time to burn. Took my order back, asked for a refund, manager asked me if I wanted to keep my drink. Not "let me refund you AND make this right since you've driven all the way back here and this is the 3rd time in a month," just, "you want to keep the drink you ordered to make up for your time and inconvenience, loyal customer?" Despite it all, they had one last golden opportunity to potentially keep a customer (and her family, who eats there regularly) and they blew it.
