Decided to try Smoothie King today, upon entering staff was friendly. Speaking with the CS person that took my order I was able to pick a vegan smoothie. then I was able to tweak for my specific taste. Taking out bananas and apple juice and adding blueberries and kale instead. Absolutely Delicious!! The CS person also told me that would be beneficial to me if I downloaded the app to get points as well as coupons on smoothies. On the window going out I noticed that they have smoothies on Fridays for $5.00 Great customer service, choices, and discounts. That's a win-win for me!! read more

Waited in line for 5 mins to place an order, cashier has me wait another 5 mins while a previous customer skips me in line and proceeds to refund her. Has to call her manager because she doesn't know how to do it. Logically, the best thing to do is take my order that takes one min, and then have the previous customers order refunded. Where is the logic? I love their smoothies but may be prioritise your customers Better if you want to keep your business. read more

I really enjoyed the service today from the two girls Ashanti and Madison, they were really patient with themselves and others and you can tell that they were trying their best. I think with some more time they can be really fast like that tall blonde boy. They made my drink at the perfect consistency I requested, I was skeptical at first because normally only the boy gets it right and it always taste good but they did good as well. The reasoning behind my three stars is because I saw a girl in the back doing preparations and dancing when they had multiple orders on the table I would expect more professionalism whether you're in the public eye or not. When I saw this I asked for their manager and one of the girls said that he wasn't available at the moment when I saw him walk back in he smelled heavily of smoke and ruined the taste of my smoothie. I would suggest that corporate advise their employees that smoke to carry perfume or cologne to divert the smell of whatever they were smoking because that is disgusting. read more

If you're looking for a fake love affair for smoothies and juices this would be the best place to go. There is a overload of sugar, prepacked mixers, sugary frozen fruit, no purity of base juices. For instance if you get orange juice as a base, its from bottle or carton. Nothing authentic about these products. Also we noticed that there is addiction to the sweeteners that keep customers coming back. read more

This place will not switch out ingredients. They will only add them in for a charge. This is the only smoothie king I've been to that does this. The menu starts that it is .99 to add in and they consistently charge 1.49. Not only can you not switch one enhancer for another, they sneak in an extra .50 cents for themselves. Do yourself a favor and drive three miles to the one on New Hope Road. You get superior service and they aren't trying to rip everyone off. They will actually let you modify a smoothie without upcharging you for an already expensive drink. read more

I really enjoyed going their ... up until today ... went in as usual... ordered my smoothie... 8 people came in after me ... 5 got their drink before me ... finally I got up and asked the girl who took my order ... Allyiah she said her name was ... I said is their a reason my drink is taking so long ... she said I don't know I'm not making it ... I said is this not it .. it was green in the blender ... she said I don't know ... I said can I get my money back ... and I walked to the counter and asked to get a refund ... I asked the other lady is their a reason it was taking so long ... she said something about it being thicker or something... the guy asked if I placed the order ... I said yes .. it was at 9:45 ... the time now was 9:59 ... the girl Allyiah said I was trying to tell her but she was being rude ... I asked her how was I being rude by wanting to know why it was taking so long ... the guy was doing the refund and Allyiah came near him and started pumping something in a blender but she was pumping it hard and it was splashing everywhere I said are you doing that on purpose look how it's splashing... she said no I'm just pumping... them she said let me go to the back I said that would be a good idea .... her customer service was awful and I suggest the store do better training with their younger employees read more

Good smoothie. Nice staff. Very quick service. I purchased a lemon twist strawberry with Greek yogurt. It was made perfectly.
