The service is awful. Person at the window gives two-word responses. For example: To take my order: "Go ahead " and "Come 'round". Once I got to the window he asked did I want medium or small only after making the smoothie. After payment, he handed me my items and said nothing else. I ordered a vegan mango kale. Come here every day and get the same smoothie 9/10 and never get tired of it. The smoothies are always delicious! The service is welcoming, even if you start on the wrong foot, leaving here puts a smile on your face and leaves a good taste in your mouth. The employees also manages to get you in an out in a couple of minutes or so, line or not. The two people that take my orders most of time are Amanda and Clide. April 25th Hello the teens working at this smoothie king is very unprofessional they were inside of the restaurant dancing shaking their butts, LITERALLY TWERKING, they did not have their systems on whatsoever when walking up to pickup window the ladies shut the window and placed the closed sign on the window seal... I visit this location on Macon Rd on a regular basis, at least 3 times a week. And I've noticed the constant decline in service. For days they will have no inventory and recently there were out of everything except for blueberries and dates!! They can never take cash, only cards due to staff stating they were not given change when they opened. And their health Dept rating has gone from 100 to 92. I called the Corp office to complain about the constant issues and was told I'd hear back from management. I have yet to hear back...I was told by staff that the Mgr was mad at me for complaining and they were told they could now deny me service (although they still serviced me today)! So instead of the manager accepting, responding, and acknowledging complaints concerning their lack of service, they choose to retaliate against the customer. They've lost business from me, my family, and my colleagues for life and I definitely plan to notify others as well. read more

They had a wide variety of smoothie selections. They have walk up or drive thru. Portions are huge! Smoothies were delicious.

The product is great but the customer service was terrible. I parked and walked to the window, once the lady opened it the first thing she said was "why couldn't you go through the drive through?". While taking our order she demanded we use our mask during our next visit while at the time and during the whole visit she was wearing her mask as a chin strap. To top it off we were missing a smoothie and she looked confused when I asked for our fifth smoothie to be made. Great tasting product gets ruined by bad customer service. I will drive across town in order to visit another Smoothie King where I won't get treated with disrespect. read more

This Smoothie King is by far the worst I've encountered. The front is always closed; it is only drive-thru even with tables in the front... They only accept cash even when near closure. Just stopped by while walking dog. While the drive-thru had like 5 cars waiting I was surprised that someone came to order window within 30 secs. Wait for my order to be completed was a bit long and as a whole I think product is overpriced, but the smoothie I chose, Vegan Nut something or other, was tasty and filling. Great service here. I came on a Monday when they havfive dollar smoothies and it was quite busy but the gentleman who waited on me was very courteous and patient with my specific requests. The young lady who gave me my smoothie was also very friendly and courteous. They have delicious smoothies and a great variety. read more
