It was the coldest cold stone I've ever been to... if you know what I mean. I like my ice cream cold but my service warm and welcoming. After 15 minute... yes I counted... we still had not been acknowledged. I finally asked if someone could help us, to which he replied it would be "five more minutes". Seeing that our 3 year old is now getting whiny, I suggested we go. As we are walking out all of a sudden the only other other gentleman who seemed to be the Dad took a break from all the online orders he was prioritizing and finally helped us. It was horrible.
