Worst Smoothie King ever. There were 5 girls working there and it took 20 minutes to make my regular-sized smoothie. There was no drive-thru line nor were they doing any work besides standing around talking, laughing, and playing on their phones while I waited. I've never seen a work ethic and treatment of customers this horrible; Management here definitely has a lot to work on. Once I finally received my smoothie, it tasted like dirt. I hate to give bad reviews so I am giving it a 2 star than 1star but I wished this store would allow carry out. Not everyone have a car and this location is right by the bus station. Friday I came to this location and unfortunately the menu light wasn't on and I thought I order something I would like but didn't noticed that the smoothie I order had coconut water or protein powder. Which I never had so went it was in my smoothie I couldn't even drink it. I am kinda disappointed because I feel like I wasted my money and couldn't even drink 1/3 of it. This location is a big improvement over the last Oakley Smoothie King. The drive thru makes it convenient although lines can get long sometimes. The smoothies are consistently good most of the time. I almost always get the same smoothie and occasionally it won't be blended correctly but I chalk that up to new employees. Stop by on Fridays for $5 32oz smoothies. read more

This place is consistently inefficient. I think they lose every mobile order they get. There are a couple of employees trying but they can't handle it all. On the plus side the smoothies are always good, but you have to pad your stop by at least 25 minutes. Corporate please help them out. read more

Awful staff. It wouldn't hurt to brush up on your customer service skills, kids. Or...just replace these teenagers with people who know how to treat people in general. Being bold-face lied to by a kid who doesn't want to do her job is fairly insulting, especially when you've just completed a workout next door and you're feeling a bit dizzy and really, really need something cold and nourishing...but she didn't care. So....I won't be coming back. And I can see that I'm not alone in this. It's too bad, bc this is a great opportunity since the location has THREE gyms within a half-mile radius. read more

The amount of unprofessionalism was off the charts. Employees yelling at each other, customers waiting, no communication with orders, just unbelievable. I arrived and an employee was yelling at someone in the parking lot. An employee just arrived and could not work the register. Employees began yelling at each other with sarcasm. I received my smoothie with saying "Chocolate". I won't be back. Management can do much better with training. read more

GHETTOOOO... ran by kids can't get smoothies right ! Wasted my money. My smoothie was definitely not made right, the portions were not good so the smoothie did not taste how it's supposed to. It took 10 minutes just to get so idk what y'all in there doing cause it ain't making smoothies that's for sure. All I'm tasting is ice.... This Smoothie King is the most inconsistent location I have been to. It started out great but after all of the corporate people stopped being there it went down hill very quickly. The amount you receive each time varies from person to person and if you point it out they just add tap water and blend it again. Taste wise it also varies hence my complaint of inconsistency. The topper is when there are five to seven people working and you stand waiting to order for five minutes while being ignored. Once someone does take your order they are terse and unprofessional. Horrible service. Visited 4 times this week and three times was told to pull up and we'll bring it out in 5 minutes. Today I didn't have 5 minutes. The Manager was very rude when I asked for my money back and actually REALLY called me a "BITCH" by 2 min later my order was ready and she said, "Throw it out, no way I'm giving anything to this bitch" Filed a corporate complaint, but people like that just continue to get away with treating people bad. This is not the first time this smoothie kings employees have been rude to me, but this time I am writing a review on this poorly run and staffed smoothie king. I went through the drive through and ordered a 32 ounce smoothie. When I got up to the window, the worker did not even know which order was mine and gave me an attitude when asking what I had ordered. I then told her that I ordered a 32 ounce vanilla hulk. She then said okay and charged me. When my smoothie came up it was a 20 ounce. I said to them that I had ordered a 32 ounce and I wanted it remade and I asked very very nicely. She then grabbed the smoothie and proceeded to talk about me(calling me a bitch and saying that I ordered the 20 ounce and that I didn't pay for the 32 ounce). I would have paid for the correct size if they would have asked me to or gotten it correct in the first place. They also messed up my boyfriends order and did the same thing. She did not remake it just added ice which is not what should have been done because the right portions were not in my smoothie. Seems like a lot of these employees bring their problems to work and then take it out on customers. I bit my tongue and did not respond to her talking about me like a mature adult. These workers really do not care about their job. read more

I usually walk across the parking lot from Planet Fitness to this Smoothie King. Their work ethic is entirely too slow regardless of if there's a high or low volume of customers. They look like they hate their jobs and don't ever seem to communicate with one another. No "welcome to smoothie king!" or "hey guys!" When anyone walks in. My boyfriend also received his smoothie and half the smoothie was outside of the cup, running down the sides and no one wiped it off. Do better guys. read more

Totally inhospitable staff. Wait was extraordinarily long. No excuse for the lack of customer service in a relatively new establishment.

It literally took them over an hour to get us three smoothies. This was the worst service I've ever experienced at any establishment and all they could say was oh well and that they kept forgetting. This has ruined smoothie king for me for good. I had enough time to download yelp, make a profile, and write this review with time to spare (Still waiting on the third smoothie). This was horrible service and you should not go the one time I go it was horrible service and the workers were distracted and they forgot about my smoothie and then rushed to make it and it didn't taste like it should. I would recommend not going to this smoothie king. read more
