Terrible service. The guy employee there seemed to have issues hearing with the head phone. He came to the drivethru line with an attitude. Seemed like he wanted to just get the order over was not paying attention. Bad customer etiquette. Also it'd be better if they wore gloves here. The girl making the smoothie had no gloves on. Do not recommend This place. It's become very shady and shabby. read more

This SK stays busy! Staff makes delicious smoothies and my family and I have enjoyed our smoothies we order from here. I like that the app will give me deals like BOGO free smoothies which makes it more affordable! I also like all the healthy options including low sugar and/or high protein-something for everyone! I especially like free upgrade Fridays with the app where I order a 20 oz and get a 32 oz smoothie instead with the app. My daughter likes the Vegan Nutty Super Grain and my son likes the Angel Food. read more

Place from the drive through. line moved at a pretty good pace. I modified my smoothie, and the young lady was patient with me and didn't rush me to order. I got a small and it was a pretty decent size, but for $7 thats a little pricy. Especially because I had smoothie left over and they didn't give it to me... read more

Want smoothie? Don't come here!! I came here, they were open and not busy inside at all so I went to drive thru with no one in line but ended up waiting for about 3 minutes saying hello into the intercom multiple times with no response before I just drove off. As I'm driving off you can see inside the guy working there at 6:50 pm just didn't want to work and was on his phone with the head set on and choose not respond. Good employee choice there smoothie king on lavista! Just went to Publix for their package tea in the deli section. Not the same but never let me down for a quick refreshment, read more

Most of the workers there have an attitude might mess up your order and give you a hard time when they are the ones that made the mistake. Only Mo and Shan are friendly and efficient. The phone number doesn't even work so you can never call. The space is very small and tight so going inside sometimes is a hassle. read more

Every time I visit this Smoothie King, the customer service is great! The smoothies are delicious. They usually have a line backed up, but I don't mind. read more

I agree with a lot of the reviews here that the drive-thru is slow. Just tried this place for the first time ever today and it did take a long time to even be acknowledged, then a while to get my smoothie also. Although, this might've been a good thing for a noob like me as the menu is actually pretty extensive. I'm used to Jamba Juice where I'm from, but I'm not a fan of all the extra sugar in their smoothies. I was pleasantly surprised that SK has a lot of sugar free and low carb options. I plan on looking over the nutritional facts more carefully another time, but at a glance, they definitely have healthier options than Jamba overall with a focus on protein, fiber, and total wellness. I ordered the 20 oz. Slim N Trim Strawberry smoothie, which is apparently Stevia sweetened. So yummy! I would definitely order this again. It was like a strawberry vanilla shake but with way less guilt. Obviously not a good location to go to if you're in a hurry, but it was no issue for me this time. I'd come here again and would love to try other smoothies from their sister locations. read more

At this location it is best to order via the app and pick up in the store. Thr drive thru is SUPER SLOW and the associates are the least bit concerned about that. Some of the smoothies are flavorless....I'll just go the the one on Moreland/Edgewood from now on read more

Every time I come here the employees are rude and unhelpful. They never let me go inside and tell me to go through the drive through. The last time I went it was 30 minutes until closing and they wouldn't answer the drive through or let me order inside. This place has lost my patronage and respect!! Next time I'll take my business to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I just wanted a Dude Perfect Smoothie. :( read more

I always spend a lot of money at this place but every time I get off work because I get off at 8pm and I work all the way over on the southside but I live in Tucker Georgia (east side) I come to my favorite smoothie King, which is here but every time I come at 8:30 at night or 815 at night they always claimed they are out of the smoothie bowls and I know it's because they're lazy and don't want to make them because every time at night they claim they are out but let me come in before gym time or as I get out of the gym in the morning. They always have them and it's so annoying. It's like what's the fucking purpose of having this product when you always claim that you're out of the smoothie bowls read more

Better smoothie kings out there. Poorly run or understaffed. Not sure which one. Maybe a combination of both. I've tried to even come inside recent and was told no one was allowed in. The complaint is about the wait time. Plus the staff was actively talking about a customer while I was finally getting my smoothie. They were complaining about the customers. Hey I get it. Being at work is annoying. read more

I never have any problems when I come here and I'm here pretty often. They know my name and my number when I call to place my order. Plus, it's ready when I get there and I always get a $1 coupon for the survey on the receipt. The girls are super friendly and speedy. I like how fast and accurate they are because I'm usually visiting on my way to work. read more

Small smoothie joint thats a stand alone store in the Briarcliff Village plaza along with Chipotle, TJ Maxx, Shoe Carnival, Panera, Publix, etc. This location has a drive-thru as well as walk-ins. Service is friendly and fairly swift. It gets busy around lunch time on weekdays so understandable. Otherwise, it's a clean store with good health inspection score of 96A as of April 2014. read more

Don't know why this places gets a lot of negative reviews, but I have been coming to the Henderson Mill Rd smoothie king for years and i can tell you that all of the smoothies I've gotten has been very, very tasty and up to standard this location is technically the only one I go to due to it being the only one closest to me. The workers are very nice, and drive-thru service varies from here to there. Will definitely be coming back when possible. Thanks! read more

First time coming here today although it's one of the closer locations for me. I came in with a friend around 3:30 pm and there were only two workers. This location has a drive-thru window which many uses, but we came inside. It was kind of confusing where you order since there were two cash registers upon entering. The one right in front of the door seems to be dedicated to drive-thru orders. If you walk towards the menu display, there's another register tucked in the corner. Service is really slow here. It took a good 5 mins for us to be acknowledged and another minute to place our order. And another 7-10 mins to get our drinks. I believe there need to be at least three people: one for drive-thru, one to make the drinks and another to take in-store orders. The Strawberry Mango ($4.99/reg) was delicious! Fairly low in calories and very yummy and refreshing. Typically, I'd order Caribbean Way ($4.29) which is equally fruity and good. But I wanted to try something new this time. Didn't regret it! Shortly after we received our drinks and in the midst of grabbing for straws, I smelled smoke. When I looked over to my right, one of the blenders had a huge cloud of smoke coming from it. Oh my gosh. Needless to say, we hurried right out before any fires started. Overall, I have no complaints about the quality of our drinks. The regular/small size is filling for me. But on Fridays, 32oz (medium) drinks are only $5!! So make sure to stop by! However, I probably won't be visiting this location again. Honestly, I won't be surprised if this place goes up in flames one day.. smh. read more

The 2 gentlemen working were nice. Made the smoothies fast and really tasty. I'll definitely be back.

All of the other reviews are on point I've been going to this location for years and the drive thru always takes FOREVER. I remember one time I left 40mins early to get lunch before work and had to leave the drive thru before I could even order. The interior is also disgusting and all of the employees are incredibly rude. read more

This is the only Smoothie King in my area, so I have been going here for a really long time. I'd like to consider myself a very loyal customer. Nonetheless it is really disappointing how slow the service is and the poor attitude of all employees. I have seen a lot of people come and go, but it doesn't seem to get any better. Just a few weeks ago they weren't responding through the drive thru so I pulled forward to the window to force my order. Shortly after one of the employees said she was going to shut the lights off because she was over it. I really hope the owner to this location makes some changes! It doesn't seem to be managed properly at all. This is a prime location and needs some attention desperatly. I'd really hate to take my business elsewhere. read more

Smoothies are good. I honestly give it 3 stars because the wait is ridiculous. Sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes wondering why I was still waiting honestly. This is the longest line for smoothie king I've ever waited in (in the metro atlanta area). If you're ok with waiting for 10-20 minutes, go for it! However I don't think the smoothies are worth a 20 min wait. read more

This select location was ghetto and slow. It was only 3 customers in the lobby. I shouldn't have had to wait 15 minutes to get a smoothie. Where they do that at? All the employees seemed as if they had an attitude. I won't be coming to this location again. I'll stick to my regular one. read more

This place is understaffed. Not one review mentioned that. Those employees work so hard. Sometimes one employee is working alone. Why offer so many options (online, front counter, and drive up) with not enough employees..... Was/is Covid not a thing? Imagine doing your job with one or two people. Especially on $5 Friday. I worked in the food industry and you don't even get breaks! And don't you dare say we then they should quit! They work super hard!!!! read more

I always worry that this smoothie king is going to shut down because it's a stand alone store and looks so small by itself. But it's still around. I did not other reviews about poor customer service, but I've never experienced any rude behavior here. I guess the experience is based on the smoothie operator. I usually get the angelfood, skinny, and I've never got a wrong order. Give them a shot if you're around town read more

The smoothie was correct. But the service was bad. No other customer was inside, maybe 3 cars in the drive-thru. Maybe they had a crazy or weird order, but no one acknowledged me, even though there was eye contact for a second or so with the employees. read more

Most importantly, in these Covid days, the guy making my smoothie DID NOT wear gloves, had his mask below and exposing his nose. Placed an online order and took 15 minutes to get there, they didn't start until after I had already got there and was waiting inside. No big deal, they may have been busy... but they weren't. My order was for a large in a Vio biodegradable foam cup and they gave it to me in a plastic cup so they either did not read or do not have the vio cups advertised. read more

Loving the upgrades to the King . Before the inside floors were a mess warped and rot like. Now the tiles installed look % better. Improvements still being done today with signage. Had issues with my points not reflecting on my app.... yes there's an app you can install to earn points toward $ off your purchases. So I emailed my receipts and got am immediate reply from the automated response. Was pleasantly surprised to get a resolution within an hour. Points loaded and they acknowledged double points for a promotion I missed on one of those days they weren't reflected. I used my $3 off to get a Almond Mocha High Protein. Ingredients: Whey Protein, Protein Blend, Cold Brew Coffee, Almonds, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Turbinado, 100% Cocoa. It was my first time trying this blend and I it. Man, fuck this place fr. Fuck Kinesha. Because I am not the kind of person to write reviews for a place unless they've done a spectacular job! But waiting in line for 40 mins for a damn smoothie, was not the move. I'm so pissed I'm literally shaking writing this. This BITCH, asked me if I wanted to tip, me being the kind human being I am, said "yes" patiently and with a kind heart, she then takes 10 PRECIOUS MINUTES, charging me. When I FINALLY receive my card back and my 20oz smoothie, she goes "Have a nice day." While, I was already having a great day myself, she ruined it! I work in fast-food myself so I'm not greedy when I tip, but I do believe you have to earn a tip. This girl, on the other hand believed she deserved 50% of the smoothies price ($3.00) hers. So she continued to tip herself without asking me, how much I'd like to tip. SCREW YOU KINESHA! read more

I like smoothies. I don't like the constant "can you hold?" when placing an order, and having to wait for 10 min even though I am the ONLY customer. I don't like the attitude of an Opera Diva when I mispronounce the smoothie name. I don't like manager yelling at an employee in front of me in the most disgusting manner. I don't like sales person making sure that I "do really want the large one, because it's very large". Hey I am a large person, and don't want to be reminded by some jerk that I shouldn't be having large smoothies :) All of the above happened on several different occasions, and yet somehow I still go to that place... I am weird. Did I mention, I like smoothies? read more

I love Smoothie King but this location has a lot of work to do They are currently hiring new staff and the wait sometimes can be a little long If I am near the chipotle over there, I will go to this one but I make sure that I go at peak times just so I won't be waiting in the heat This is not my favorite one but this is a last resort Do I like them as a company? WORST SMOOTHIE KING EVER!!!!! If I could give them no stars I WOULD. The workers are ALWAYS super rude & unprofessional. I've given this location 3 or 4 tries just giving them the benefit of the doubt. Every time, I REGRET it terribly! My smoothies are NEVER made the correct way and then they have the nerve to argue with me as if I haven't been to every other smoothie king in Atlanta and gotten my smoothie done the CORRECT way. It's ok for what it is. Sometimes the drinks are so sweet it is a little disappointing. I have them make them without the turbinato which saves some calories and additional sweet flavor.
