If you call at 6pm on a Saturday, expect to wait at least an hour. The thing is, the food is truly homemade and fresh, so it takes time. It's definitely worth it, but there are times when we just didn't prepare well in advance, or they are really busy because they cater too. Normal times you can have your food in about 45min. We mostly do takeout, as do most I think, so if you are in the area and looking to sit down to eat, I've never seen it completely packed, so you don't have to worry about waiting to get a table.
