Once it arrived he came back out Thursday, once again working around my schedule and quickly replaced it. While there, he even looked at some faucets that had water flow issues and a backed up drain and handled all of them. He was extremely friendly. His prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to some of these larger companies around here that charge an arm and a leg just for simple items.
