I had what I thought was a small issue, that then turned into a BIG issue. I called Classic one evening and they got back to me the very next day super fast. I scheduled something, but turns out that it leaked much faster. They called me back after hours just to check on me, then came to visit me the next day! I needed significant repairs to multiple valves in my house (toilet valve, under sink valves, shutoffs to both hoses, and a repair to the main water shutoff valve to my house). The main shutoff was in a very awkward spot, but they were able to repair it with no problems. John was also very friendly, answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me, explaining everything they did and why. Very trustworthy and I am highly satisfied. read more

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY THAT BILL GATES HAS. We had a leak and my husband couldn't fix it so I enlisted Classic Plumbing after my neighbor recommended them. We were told it could take 3-4 hours with Yeah an estimate cost of $811.00. Ok that caught me by surprise, but we have not needed plumbing work done in Nearly 20 years. And if it's gonna take 3 to 4 hours, I could see it running that much even though I did not think that severity of our kitchen needs would take 3 to 4 hours. It did not !! It took about an hour and a half (but we'll just say two hours.) Shouldn't the cost have been less since it took much less time to complete ? There would not have been an additional one to two hours of labor costs so the bill should have been considerably less . NOPE STILL $811.00 What is the hourly rate ? $600.00 They were polite and clean, but that's the only good thing I can say. And when I find out other people have been scammed by these people I could kick myself for not reading these reviews that are disturbing. If I had been able to been able to confront the 2 plummers ( why did we need 2 plummers) when they were finished and wanted $811.00 they would not have.I might have written a check for $300.00 telling them that's all you are getting. AND..... we found out the next day THEY BROKE OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL. If Classic Plumbing reads this ... you need to provide me with a brand new disposal. They installed 3 toilets and shimmed them all, telling me the floors were uneven. Over the past few weeks i kept hearing water running and called another plumber. He found the gasket in the tank was not sealing tightly. I asked him about the shims and he said that should never be done, that toilets must be seated flush with the floor. Classic charged me $945 to install 3 toilets, one of which was defective in two places since he found a small hole in the bowl where water leaked when flushed. NEVER call these people read more

called out for a basic drippy shower head. "plumber" only replaced washers. Didn't even put on the new shower head which he was asked to do. Next day use of the shower that he said was fixed Involved 3 new problem!!! low pressur, unable to control temperature and inability to turn the water off. For all of this a charge of $281.
