They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.

After getting a mandatory septic inspection for selling our house Dunn Rite was not willing to clear out the debris or fix the placement of the top, for being out of alignment (both of which were issues in our recent septic inspection). All they said they could do was replace the whole septic and that the top was just a quick fix. Very disappointed and frustrated that Dunn Rite wasn't even willing to own up to their issues. At the start of this year, my mom and dad hired this company for some house repairs that cost them roughly $475.00; however, the issue resurfaced less than two months later, and they were charged another hefty bill of almost $400.00. In all honesty, the original work done was clearly subpar quality. But did they take responsibility for that? Not at all. Subsequently, I cannot recommend this business with a clear conscience. Instead, I'm encouraging you to seek help elsewhere. Find a company, and a staff, who prioritizes good customer service. Search for a business that doesn't stoop to bullying and taking advantage of the community around them, when they're already in dire straits.

I've had trouble with my drain…read moreline from my house to the septic tank for awhile now, but decided since I'm getting older I can't take the lid off the tank and snake the line anymore I need to get this fixed for good. Well they came and tried to snake the pipe, but the snake got stuck inside the pipe. They dug up the drain line which we found out was collapsed and busted up the drain pipe and got there drain snake out uf the drain line. After that they told me it was a $225 service fee. I figured there must be someone else in the company that was coming the next day to fix the collapsed so I called the office, and was told they did their job by letting me know I had a collapsed pipe. Thanks for your cash, but we're out of here. I said why arenas you coming back to fix it. He said we're short handed I have no idea when we can come back. He was content at leaving me with a whole in the yard by my front door with a busted open sewage pipe, that they actually had to break to get their drain snake out. He kept saying we did our job by letting you know you have a collapsed pipe. I had to laughat him for saying that because they are supposed to be a full service repair and replace outfit. I didn't need them to tell me it's broke I knew that before they showed up I needed it fixed. Anyway I gave up on that guy in the office, and tried to find someone who know what they are doing. Apparently after hanging up on the first person that passed me off the Boss calls. I explain every thing that happened and told him I'm not at all pleased with their no service shop, and would write a scathing review which hit a nerve and he threatened a liable suit against me. I said Sue Me! It's only liable if I'm lying. This is the God's Honest Truth! I would Love to go to Court. Good luck with this bunch. Run don't walk away from them.
