they gave me a bid and I accepted it. They told me it would be next week sometime, next week came and went. they said next week again but this time for sure. Another week another week came and went, they ghosted me again if you're going to take a job, do it! if you don't want to do the job tell me, don't waste my time. I wanted these trees cut down last month. read more

Super job trimming and removing limbs from 7 trees in the yard. They were very careful when they were cutting the large limbs over the house. Cleanup was great. read more

Since I live in the woods, I have used at least 10 different tree service companies and Mason's is at the top of the list. They are dependable, deliver what they promise at the price they promise and do a professional job. They are not always available exactly when I want them but I have learned the hard way - They are worth waiting for. I highly recommend them! read more

Mason's Tree Service is the best. Daniel Mason responded quickly, despite being inundated with work after Helene struck the mountains. The crew worked fast and safely. They kept me involved in the process explaining what needed to be done and asked me how I wanted it done. It was a big job and I thought the price was reasonable. The area they cleared for me looked better after the crew got done than it did before the storm! Highly recommend! Chris L. in Marion, NC read more

unfortunately, this tree service get a big thumbs down, which is very unfortunate, I had an issue with their personnel, they were very threatening and aggressive . It's sad to see such behavior allowed from its staff to its clientele. No managers were on site and the owner honestly doesn't care who or how they are represented locally, after speaking with the owner, it was quite clear they prefer cashing your check to any level of conflict resolution, if you are looking for cheap and unsafe, masons will probably suit your needs, but you should not have your wife or kids anywhere near their crew! Sincerely watch out for these guys! read more

For years they did excellent service doing at least three major jobs for me and would have given them 5 stars, but it took a 180-degree turn when their manager left. Now the owner and the office manager will not return calls regarding a job they quoted and left me hanging with. read more

Just getting a tree service to show up for an estimate is half the battle. Danny's daughter in the office was professional and responsive to my request. Danny came out the next day if I remember correctly. His price was fair and he was up front that it could be several weeks before getting to me and my neighbor who also needed some work. It just so happened that within a week he had a couple of days between two big jobs and slipped our work in between. Did a great job and cleaned up well. I would definitely use them again. read more

Expert tree service! We got quotes from many other companies but Mason's seemed to stand out as one of the better ones. We had several mature trees too close or overhanging the house and many more that needed trimmed back. One tree was a 50 year old Oak that was growing no more than 3 feet from my front door. There was no room to just drop the tree whole so they had to take it down in pieces, working directly over the house most of the time. I had been apprehensive for days leading up to this but once I saw Mason's in action I stopped worrying. They were very careful with tying things off and controlling the movement of dropped sections. They really do know what they are doing! They were friendly and courteous throughout the process and they even arranged for the stump grinding service. Definitely Recommend! read more

Chad and his family-operated team do amazing work!…read more ITW was recommended to me by my neighbor, Chad (the owner) came in and did a free estimate and had me on his schedule within 10 business days. His quote was significantly less than two other businesses I had look at my tree as well. They showed up on time the day they were to start and immediately got to work taking down a huge diseased maple in my yard. It took 2 business days to take the whole tree down below grade (stump grinding included) and clean up. After all was said and done, my yard was cleaner than before they started, and every effort was made to make sure I was satisfied with the work ITW performed. I was left with some cut firewood and a huge pile of mulch (He would have hauled it all if I didn't want it). I cannot give a stronger recommendation for Chad and his team. They do great work and they are all very down-to-earth people doing what it takes to make the customer happy.
