Common sense after having this much rain would say to pump from the road but no he pulled into a yard on a hill. He couldn't get it out, burying the truck to the axle and leaving holes in my driveway and rocks everywhere. Took a rotator wrecker to pull him out. After this was all said and done they had to come back the next day to repump the tank from the road because he was too lazy the day before to get extra hose. My yard is still messed up with rocks everywhere and they are not fixing it unless I pay $25 an hour. Seems to me I shouldn't have to pay for ignorance

The owner called me at 7:00 AM and said he would have someone out that same morning, and check out the problem, which he did.
