The young men who came to do a septic inspection dug the entire pipeline up and tore the yard up. See pics. That is how they left the yard. They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems. read more

Tammy in the office quoted me $425.00 to pump the septic system of my rental house. I asked what the price would be if I had my own home septic pumped out also thats 260ft. away from the rental home septic if it needed it. Tammy told me $385.00 I said that would be ok for 2 septic tanks. I measured the sludge and the skim in my home tank and it was not near the level to pump yet. When the guys came to pump the rental house I asked if they could write me a receipt, they said the receipt was already wrote up and in the truck. The receipt was for 2 tanks at $770.00 I did not have my septic pumped at my house only the rental house. I believe this is clearly a mistake in billing as so far as only pumping one tank. I very much agree to $425.00 to pump out one tank, not charged for 2 tanks which did not happen. The same day when Mr. Art was to call me back I tried to call the business and received that their phone number was no longer in service. latest update.... Mr. Art just called me himself and asked me to fill him in on all of the details. Mr. Art was away for three days on business and knew nothing of what had happened. After I explained all the details to Mr. Art he was very apologetic and sorry that the mistake had happened and Mr. Art himself was going to drop off the difference in price later this afternoon. I also informed Mr. that his phone was out of service that he did not know about. Perhaps I jumped the gun leaving feedback for this septic service company. I wish I had waited until Mr. Art had called me. Like the other reviews that people have left, this is a very good septic system service. We had called for a routine tank pump. Art found ground water coming into our system that everyone e else missed. He went to our house multiple times and check on the system while I was away. He was very honest and over the top helpful in getting us on track. He also recommended valley underground construction to do them work. I am very pleased with arts service and valley underground. Now enough to consider art a new friend. If your looking for someone to help with sewer issues you cant find a more honest and dedicated man for the job. I can't recommend Hugill's Septic service enough! They were able to locate my septic tank when the first place I called was not able to. And it was in an absurd and difficult place. After calling a couple of other septic service companies, I luckily found Hugill's Septic Services. Art and his helper-in-training were terrific! The other place I had seen online first was unable to come out for at least a couple of weeks, besides sounding extremely hurried each time I called. Art picked up my call right away, was personable and funny, and when I told him that I wouldn't be able to take off from work the following work week (called on a Friday) he asked if he come the next day, which was a Saturday. He worked with my schedule, they were prompt to the second, and immediately got down to business. He was also much more straightforward in his cost than the other company, without any of the by-the-hour and extra fees stuff. I was so thrilled to have found Hugill's and to have them simply take care of things. He was very honest and helpful besides. I will tell everyone I know about Hugill's and will use them from now on.
