My friend and I took 2 machines over to be repaired February 5, 2024. Mine - a 1950s era Singer…read moreFeatherweight, hers - a 2020 Viking Diamond. My machine needed a good cleaning and oiling and a tension adjustment. Hers had a wobbly needle and needed cleaning and tune-up, probably needed a new needle shaft. We started calling to see if the machines were ready the end of February. Called repeatedly - every call received a different story of why the machines weren't ready: Repairman was sick, Viking needed a part, got the wrong part, repairman was in the hospital, We were finally able to pick the machines up April 19. N/C for the Viking - he never could get the part. Mine was $100 - to clean, oil and adjust a machine that only sews straight?!?!! Waited a bit and called on machine status. They said not back and we get machines back every Friday. Waited another Friday. Called again. A different person answered who asked my name and details. They said the tech could not fix it and it's been here since July 27th. I never received a call. I checked voice mail -NOTHING ! They were too lazy to even look my info up on the first call I made. Second call I asked why it's taking so long. If I hadn't been persistent I would still be waiting. Now I have to start over on repairs and I've lost 3 weeks of use of the machine. So avoid them. They can't do the job and and they don't care if they leave you hanging.
