Thjs review will have no photos for obvious reasons. So there are about 5 local companies that provide this service (septic pumping). I called them all. 2 did not return calls until days later. All five had the same pricing $180 per tank and we have two tanks... EXCEPT J&G which offered $200 for first tank and $100 for the second. So we went with J&G.. who once they got there inspected BOTH TANKS and advised us that only one tank needed service and recommended we do not drain the second (liquid) tank unless we have floating debris... The liquid keeps the motors cool and will refill in days anyway so it is a myth to empty both. I researched online and this was very true. HONESTY! Asking my many neighbors who used the other companies. All of which charged for both tanks regardless.. and one neighbor said they watched the other company only pump one tank but tried to charge for BOTH. (They did not know they were home.) I think they all would simple charge or pump both knowing the liquid tank really it needs to be pumped if solids are found. (Filter failure from the solid tank). Internet says the motor should always be under liquid to keep it cool and pumping the second tank dry is risky because the more would run dry for about a.week while it refilled... but it will re fill so why would you pump it out. JG operator tech was honest and even sho2ed me how to impact both tanks myself and how to clean filters once per year myself. Easy enough but as a new septic owner something it is nice to learn officially beforee venturing into the unknown. read more

First experience with J&G Septic and they will be my go to company for their services in the future. I needed a standard septic tank pump out. They are professional, modern and very competitive. From getting a live person on the phone when I called (you would be surprised how few answer the phone) who promptly set up an appointment and explained all fees in advance to getting email confirmation of the appointment, a reminder the day before with a confirmation link and a receipt emailed within a hour of the completion of the appointment. Friendly service member showed up a couple of minutes early and got straight to work. He was professional and you have to love that their trucks are clean and I mean fire engine clean. That kind of pride in your business equipment is an outward sign of how they take pride. No surprise fees and I will absolutely use them again. read more

My first time with a septic system, he showed me how to clean the filters and cleaned them for me since I didn't know how (or that you should do it every 6 months). Very fast, nice, and even laid a tarp on the driveway under the truck because his truck dripped a little oil and he didn't want to get it on my driveway.
