Even though it's been a very tropical summer with lots of rain, we didn't believe that this over abundance of water was due to just the rain. John came out and diagnosed the problem and walked us through the procedure to replace the septic boxes and stop the flow of water into the yard. While awaiting health department paperwork, our basement flooded as a result of the problems with the drain field. Feb. 2009 cleaned as pre-scheduled via phone call from office, $49.95. We didn't hear from them again (and by hear from them whoever is running over to perform the maintenance calls from their cell phone while they are driving over) until October 2009 for a cleaning and the 169.99 renewal fee; next cleaning was March of 2010 (same scenario with regard to the scheduled appt. as the last time) 49.95. August 2010, came home to a hand written bill for the annual fee, 169.00, they tried to call on their way over but I did not answer so they came anyway. March 2011, with no word from them regarding cleaning of my filter, I called to find out what was going on. I was told that they were behind and that they would get to me shortly. May 26, 2011 I happen to see a guy walking across my back yard, when I went out to see who this person was he said that he was there to clean the filter. With my annual fee and cleaning being due in August I didn't see the point since in three months they would come out and do it again so I called the office and told them that basically there was no point until the annual cleaning. August 2011 - dude shows up, cleans the septic out, and tells me it will be 199.99. There was no septic inspection and no receipt or other info that one would expect with a septic inspection. Thought maybe I would get something in the mail but nothing. Fast forward to now December 2012, there have been no communication or receipts since that pump out and I was wondering about the fancy filter that is so highly recommended, the one these guys were going to take care of? Well folks, without notice they quit servicing it and when we opened the septic ourselves it was clogged and to the point of overflowing!!!!
