Jimmy's septic is quick to respond to calls and they offer great and quick service. I feel the value is very resonance and they even tell you that if your tank doesn't need serviced that you won't be charged. Highly recommend! read more

Jimmy was awesome. He called an hour ahead of time, as promised... He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He took the time to explain everything to my client. He wasn't rushed. He showed them some ways to save money. They wanted to have the system pumped. He said no need. He told them about maintenance. I am a Realtor, and normally hate septic inspections. But, my client loved him. A+++++++ read more

Had a septic issue, and Jimmy was able to get to my house the next day! My septic needed to be dug up, and he was able to dig it up, pump it, and snake a line that was clogged all in the same day. I couldn't believe it. Excellent service, and Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. This is the only company I will be using going forward for my Septic needs! read more

Jimmy is the best!! Called him for a commercial property's septic pump out, he came right out, answered all of my questions, pumped our septic & even took a quick look at the tanks. He gave us little tops to avoid having to be pumped out as often. Then I was shocked at how low the bill was. Jimmy is honest, fair, knowlegable & just a great all around guy. Highly recommend!! read more

Hired Jimmy to pump the septic today and he was great. He dug the holes up, gave me a quick explanation of the septic (bc I'm clueless lol) and he was done. Super nice guy, reasonable rates. Recommended. read more

Went with Jimmy for a septic inspection on a home purchase. Very knowledgable, honest, and an acute attention to detail. His septic inspection is only a little more expensive than most, but includes a pump out service - which no one else I spoke with offered. Because this has to be done every 2-5 years, it makes great sense to go ahead and get it done with the inspection. I will absolutely use Jimmy for all my septic needs. read more

I chose Jimmy's Septic based on all of the positive reviews and agree with all of the reviewers! I had a positive experience from scheduling to the completion of the service. I left a message and Jimmy's wife returned my call promptly and was able to get me an appointment the next day due to a cancellation. She was very polite, friendly and professional. Jimmy called ahead to let me know when he would be getting to my home. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend Jimmy and will definitely hire him for any future septic needs. read more

Jimmy's Septic performed a routine cleanout for us 18Nov2016 in Dunkirk; very professional. Called before he showed up for appointed time. Was able easily reach the two tank lids 75 feet away from truck. Used an agitator to ensure a thorough cleanout. You have to like the fact that this is a husband and wife team - and quality service is their cornerstone. Bottom line: Could not be any happier with the service of Jimmy's Septic. read more

We found out on Monday by the landscaper that they could fit us in for grading and seeding on Thursday. We decided we should get the septic pumped since it had not been done in a while. Jimmy orginally could not do the job until Thursday. When we explained the situation, he fit us in late in the day on Tuesday. As promised, he called one hour before arriving. He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Jimmy's pricing is the same as other companies in the area. We are very happy we decided to use Jimmy's. read more
